New Garlean Event item

So I did one of the new Garlean events, was outside of Ul'dah. I recieved a "Faded Page," and was wondering if anyone knew what it was used for?

Faded Page:

A slip of paper covered with arcane sumbols and queer handwriting. Used by imperial operatives to identify the handwritting of the Twelve Archons.

Also received 3 deaspected crystals.

An Elixir dropped from on of the mobs too.

Someone in my linkshell said the item is for Inventory -1

Just because there isn't a use for it now doesn't mean there will not be a use for it, people used to toss beastmen seals in FFXI (Ahhh flame shield where are you!!!) because the didn't have a use, then SE added BCNMs and everyone regretted it.

Will probably be tradeable to the NPC in gridania in 1.22.

There's reports that there are NPCs that are looking for the Faded Page.
