A couple of the bikinis don't turn into skirts on lalas. Coeurl set comes to mind, and i believe the moonfaire tanga. Southern seas tanga also.

Sexy and lalas don't go to well. They're too cute and their lack of boobage and pear like bodies makes bras look more like cloths.

I'm doubt there's anything what could be considered sexy on Lalafells - their body type just doesn't mix with that concept in most of cases. However, you probably could try to check DoW/DoM sets from 44 dungeon, Thavnairian Bustier, some bikini sets (for events ones maybe would have sense to ask somebody to link them at first before buying from Mog Station), Gold Saucer Bunny suit and well, everything what is considered as such for other races. If something was designed to fall into that category to begin with, it would be there.
As for the cute concept, almost everything can be this for Lalafells, the question is what kind of cute you want to achieve. But in general it would be dresses or something like Raincoat/Whisperfine Woolen Coat/Chashmere Poncho, I suppose. Making Lalafells look cute isn't a complicated task at all, there were designed with cuteness in mind to begin with.

My friend, as a fellow lala I must let u know that sexiness and Lalas don't mix and when people try to mix it then it just ends up looking all pedo like, so for sexiness I'm afraid you're gonna have to play another race my friend.
Little known fact about us Lalas, we aren't even made through sex, we just appear as adorable looking babies and the delivery chocobo delivers us to our parents, maybe that's where the potato thing got started. -
