Cannot delete/use additional Writ of Commendations

1. Obtain duplicate Writ of Commendation in mail
2. Try to use (cannot use due to error)
3. Try to delete (cannot delete due to error)

Would like to confirm this happened to myself too.

Same steps, get multiple writs, use one for achievement, get another and I can't discard or use it due to the achievement already being granted.

I encountered the same issue.
Got the first scroll in an english only letter, used it which unlocked the achivement.
About an hour later i got another letter this time the text in English, German and France with another scroll, can not use or discard the duplicate.

I too also had this exact same issue. 1st Moogle mail was in English and the 2nd Moogle mail was in Japanese. I placed 2nd on Fisher but recieved the same commendation writ instead of the Saint of the Firmament one. :( Can't even get rid of the 2nd Commendation writ.

Same issue got 2 sets of writ of beatification and commendation and cant discard the second set

Allow to delete it please.

Same here, 1st Writ was used - got achievement, 2nd Writ sitting in inventory -- cannot use or discard, sent ticket and got same answer as above. Please, just make these Writs discardable.

Same issue for me. I got placed in multiple ishgard leaderboards.

Same here. Got 2 Top-100 mails and 1 Top-12. And now I have 2 excess top-100 scrolls.

Happened to me too. I now have one on character, one writ in my inventory and a third in mail.

We must be able to delete these duplicates!

just got my 4th one just now, i can’t discard or use the duplicates.

Mmmm ok, no panic. The only class not in top100 was fsh and bsm. So, yeaaah got 9 mails. 1 used, 1 in saddlebag n 7 sitting in mailbox. >.<

Same Issue here. Placed with 6 classes in the leaderboards and got a letter for each it seems. Now I have one title, 4 stuck in my letterbox and 1 stuck in my inventory and I would really like to just toss them.
