Character customization needs a Zombiefie option.

Like can we get character customization that makes our skin look like we are a walking dead body and maybe like missing an eyeball, arm ,leg even if its just during the all saints event.

While I'm at it can we get snakes as a hair style that are animated like trying to bite people that touch us?

it's retarded that you cant change eye color on your characters without having to buy a fucking expensive fantasia pot.

they just dont seem to care about adding stuff to character customization wich is abit sad imo.

To be fair, changing eye colour requires surgery. And I don't really trust a hair stylist to be playing around with my eyes.

Not true many people change eye colors without any surgery its called lens :) you can get them on just about any cosplay website

Pls no. I don't like ugly characters. It's bad enough I have to suffer existence of au ra race from 3.0. They look literally like fire victims with all those ugly 4th degree burns covering their bodies and faces. Guess it's as close to zombie as you can get.

I mean if people can go around in bikinis as tanks then I think a joke glamour mode should be available for stuff like this, become a zombie, become a chocobo, become a cactuar. The list is endless. Support from me for the idea.

In yet another case of 'please go and actually play other games to see what the competitors bring to the table' I'd point to the personality system in the Elder Scrolls Online and the toy system in World of Warcraft. Both of which - combined with actual combat classes themed around the undead allow the player to create an undead looking character.

It's always interesting, though, because many of the same individuals fiercely against stuff that plays into the actual 'fantasy game' side of things will dismiss it readily but then you'll see them in another thread defending the modern style glamour that the game embraces with increasing frequency.

It'd be beneficial for role-players, if nothing else. I've run some campaigns in World of Warcraft fighting against a necromancer and some friends had a lot of fun creating undead looking characters to take on the role of his minions.

I would also add ESO's skins which allows you to give different body textures into your character as well. ESO has a pretty solid character customization system all things considered. I would definitely want FFXIV to take notes from them.

Won't happen - especially as there is a cultural aversion to depiction of corpses in Asian media (the Chinese and Korean versions had to have all undead enemies's appearence changed for instance), so this simply would not happen (story wise it simply wouldn't make sense anyway).
