How many times have you been in Uldah and had to use /pcmd add to see people standing right in front of you? lol
In that case i use /pcmd add <t>.
:)
I thought <t> was only used for targeting?
The point is because we can only load a certain number of people, someone can stand in front of you and be invisible. I use /pcmd add so I can see them at least on my minimap. lol
Well, if a have a few ppl to invite that are close i type once /pcmd add <t> and target each ones and press space > up > enter.
I'm still used to do a lot by cmds even if with the menu is faster. :P
I don't want a party....
I just want to see more people. But I can't pick what people I want to see... so I invite them to party so I can see them.
Ohhhh lol now i get what are you pointing... well it never happen to me, if we need to saw more ppl on screen we just move to a different zone. Like on Christmas with a LS i use to be we did a snow fight but on ul'dah more than half of the ppl keep banishing soo we move it to emerald moss.

Sadly I don't think this will be fixed soon. They did say we will be able to display more characters with 2.0s new system though.
I'm not going to Emerald Moss every time I want to make a trade with someone...
People you've been in /tell with should have some form of priority to show up on your screen if they don't now... would be nice.
To add on top of this (for general invite purposes): it would be nice if we could get a message like:
Party invitation sent to Character Name.
I can't see how crowded any place is. I'll be standing there waiting and the person just won't show up. I'll just have to keep running around until they do. It's so much easier to just invite them to party.
I just think it's silly we have to do that.
This issue can also be solved/exacerbated by the PC you are using.
I play with two PCs, one that is crappy and can only handle like a 4/10 graphics setting, and one that handles max settings. The max settings PC loads a whole lot more characters on screen and a whole lot faster than the crappy PC. I dont think I have ever been limited as to how many characters I can see on the good PC. On the crap PC I can hardly see anybody.
