Love it but... sounds a little dry doesn't it? Like it could use at least a lil *nudge* when the toast is being nudged in the air with liquid in it. Ya know?

I would like that and some temp blurry screen effect after we finishing drinking it I'm loving it I'm a little drunken dwarf of water. Now if only we get /smoke or /pipe to go with it.

I do like how on some races the after animation is more of a "HWWOOO, I felt that one" like a really good whiskey mix and some are just getting a high out of it like it's the sweetest orange juice they've ever tasted.

Kinda weird there is no drinking SFX.

I'm sure you don't want a crowd of people having a swallow sound effect... That'd be setting them up for tickets their GM's would have to solve from players harassing others with it. A light nudge of the liquid in the mug however, doesn't seem like a bad idea though...

im not sure about Hrothgar and maybe even high landers but i assume Hrothgars is the same

I would like to see it for multiple races (given that I play multiple races) but wouldn't want to buy if it doesn't look good for any of them. Official previews in game never because so many people hiss at the idea of mogstation and how others spend their money.

The mogstation does have an in game video showing male roe, fem au ra, and fem lala tho. Not all, but a nice assortment.

From Meoni's vid it looks like the Male Elezen and Male Miqo also share the same one. Wouldn't be surprised if the Hyur Midlander had the same while the Highlander uses the Hroth/Roe version.

Honestly okay with Hrothar and Roe sharing the same one since it's what I expected them to act like. Will be great for being at RP taverns.

Surprised the Lalafell one is the longest animation though.

I feel similar, towards all YouTube creators. This is why I prefer text guides, or image previews of sets. I'd even rather see gifs. If I am looking up an emote, and it's via YouTube I would rather it get straight to it. What usually just ends up happening is I mute the videos and skip through them.

The statue emotes are account wide and are usually around $150-$200+. Granted it's a bonus that comes with a statue first and foremost but for some people it usually goes under the radar.

I know people are probably sick of hearing this, but an emote like this really shouldn’t cost us 7 bucks. It’s moved from special emotes like play dead to extremely basic emotes that could have easily just came from some Dwarf quest line.

all meoni does is take the lodestone news posts and makes videos out of them with a voiceover. kinda useless and a waste of time and effort if you ask me.

Pretty Please was the biggest jump the shark I've ever seen SE do emote wise. At least some of the Eastern Greeting ones were on the Chinese/Korean MS and we only get them later.

I'm hoping that we get more emotes in game to make up for it, most likely through Beast Tribes/Side Quest Lines to help add more value in.

Hmm? I'd say you're lucky.

Seems like both Tot genders share the same animation, ALL other non-Roebro and Hrothgar dudes share the same boring animation, All the non-tot women share the same animation with maybe slight tiny differences and Roebros and Hrothgar get their own cool animation (and maybe Hihglander? I haven't seen a highlander do it yet but I'd figure they would do it the same as all the other dudes... but they are considered a "strong dude" race).

I WISH Femroe had the Roebro animation. I don't personally play my character in a way that she would go "YAY, I finished it! *kawaii giggle! " ... but I'll take it :/

I wish they would stop slapping the generic kawaii stuff on the femroes. I basically said the same thing once I found out what it looks like on femroes but hey they'll never cater to the 1%.

idk how special we're talking about since /pdead is used to replace a /sleep emote that has been basic in every other mmo i've played. :T

I dunno - I personally feel that toast is a special emote, it comes with a mug and all. Pretty Please though imo is a total ripoff. I’ll be buying toast when the optional item sale is on, it’s pretty much the only time I buy things on Mogstation, minus if I need some dye.

I don’t mind that he talks so much, I listen to his videos when I’m doing chores or need a break from toddler shows. Also I thought the Meoni of Darkness outfit was cute, I don’t tune in for his teatimes though. Tried one and it wasn’t really for me.

Technically, those emotes are actually in the game; they're animations that a certain character uses in the course of the Stormblood MSQ. They'd probably need to be tweaked into actual emotes and made available to all the different races, of course.

I think its BS that its a mogstation item. What's the point of a toast if you're going to be the only person with the emote in 99% of situations that a toast would actually be useful outside of RP or screenshots?

Can say that about most emotes in game whens the last time you used Hauchefaunt,Reprimand,Elucidate or even headache outside of a screen shot or rp scenario
