Anyone able to log on yet?

I've been trying for aboot an hour...

When trying to log on i make it to the main screen and get a lobby time out error.
If i don't get that i make it to the character selection screen go to choose my character and nothing is there. My chars name is there but there is no image of him.. almost like the data didn't transfer right... (x.x)

I can't log in either.

Only once to char screen . my char was there and the image of her ... accompanied by the error msg lol . back to login screen again

i thought i would rise triumphantly onto Balmung after my nap, no such luck.

imagining the servers trudging up hills like trains-that-could, all of us hanging on (further weighing them down) chanting "i think i can"

I did after a few tries but I tried to return to uldah and it left me in limsa. That was my first clue but I ignored it. tried to then take airship and it crashed the game. Now can't login so I'm thinking uldah was destroyed lol

the hamsters need time to get up to speed ppl!!! god dam...

o well, i just had another 1st. it timed out while trying to exit the game... so i guess i'll come back in an hour or so there goes me getting into a good social ls :P

I had the exact same issue originally; now I can't even make it past the start screen.

I believe the servers are up now, I just loaded my char, logging in now.

Just logged out to change over my old macro settings, but now I can't get back in...been stuck at "Now Loading" over 5 minutes now...

I have briefly logged in at 16:14 GMT, but the server seems to have been subject to crashes. I will try again later once they have had chance to work on things.

Well, I was logged in... when I got to Ul'dah, I was able to take a look around, chat with a new recruit and while trying to get him a linkshell, it crashed and haven't been able to get back in. I think Ul'dah got flooded lol.

I got kicked off too around that time.

:( first it was last night, and them extending the down time past the time i can reasonably allow myself to stay awake. and now this morning, i log on for 4 minutes before it goes down again... and now it probably won't be back up before i go to work. sad day :(

sad day indeed.

Instead of giving it 1 hour i gave it 3 and still no luck.

It did however make my change my retainers name from Gin to Tonic.. So now i think i shall go have one >_>

Back to no character at character screen...

I still haven't been able to log in, even though SE has reported the problem solved. Probably going to try again later.


Edit: Was able to log in. Keeping fingers crossed as I exit the Inn!

I'm on. Have been for some time now. So far no disconnects and I haven't experienced any lag, granted I'm just standing in Ul'dah.

The server(s) seem to be stable now... I see LOTS of people on, out and about. I'm hoping the instance servers are just as stable...

When I was moving some stuff around on my retainers earlier, everything seemed to move around faster to me. Could just be wishful thinking though lmao

i really hope that is the case. Selling and moving around retainer equipment is a paain. I'm one of those who saves everything just in case i need it for crafting..

So i have almost all my inventory used up and need to clean house, but don't want it to take an hour...

Servers up working great. :)
