Best fishs for ALC and CUL? Make gils

I try send fisher-retrainer give me fishs and I sell them.

Ingredients for crafting/gathering foods and for endgame food are always good. For ALC, fish that go into alakhest recipes also, corals (white and blue are best). Check your world's mb and see what sells high and go fish your lil heart out.

Every server has a different economy. I could do the research to find out which fish are best on my server, only for them to be worthless on your server. Thats why the advice was for you to look and see which fish people on your server buy.

For level 80, Sweetflesh Oysters and Rose Shrimp are useful... I am not sure how much they sell for now, but a while back I used to sell them consistently and made some decent gil.

Literally, you (and the others) were trying to teach a fisherman how to metaphorically fish on the marketboard.

Sweetmeat Mussels, Megapiranha, Rose Shrimp, Sweetflesh Oyster, and Spearhead Squid are pretty good on my server.

ROFL, oh honey, nothing that a CUL uses fishing wise can be brought in by your retainer except the squids to make squid ink. Believe me, I checked. You have to do all the others the hard way. I'm less certain about ALC since I generally have my hands full crafting endgame food.

You evidently didn't check the level 76-80 fishing delivery ventures. I use my fishing retainer to get the Rose Shrimp and Sweetflesh Oysters for Blood Bouillabaisse. It can also get Megapiranha, though I don't bother with that. I wouldn't be surprised if Sweetmeat Mussels get added to the delivery list in the last half of this expansion just as Usuginu Octopus was added in the last half of Stormblood.

Fishing's been useless for ALC so far this expansion outside of reduction for aethersands, and a retainer can't do that. Hopefully they'll add a fishing ingredient for the 5.2 crafted gear alkahests.
