Spirits Within is now 60 seconds! YES!!!!!!!
thanks a bunch. I have been refreshing the lodestone and nothing.
Dammit, I can't sell my gear for 1 gil anymore! I was making so much money off this! /ragequitQuote:
[dev1348] Untradable items can no longer be sold to NPCs. Such items will be grayed out alongside currently equipped gear in the inventory interface.
So the fast doomspike was a bug... interesting
They removed the /snowball emote, again. You break my heart SE. I don't care if its in the middle of spring and we were just lobbing air at eachother at this point. Why do you have to tease me.
FINALLY!!!Quote:
An issue wherein the recast timer for actions was not functioning as intended.
"•An issue wherein using a flask of blinding potion on an enemy caused its accuracy to increase."
... lol
They did not mention the Uldah Inn problem being fixed.
[dev1351] When using a placeholder to specify a character in chat, it will automatically be handled as an Auto-translation Dictionary term.
I don't understand this one... read the JP one also but still don't get it...
Did you notice the note in red saying there is still an issue with it? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong, but it looks to me like they are just fixing the issue where the countdown stays at 0 for too long rather than the game breaking bug where the timers are too short.
edit: actually nvm, I have it backwards

Probably stay at 0 for a few secs, but it seems like it fixes the problem of action being up, but not up to me.Quote:
On rare occasions, recast time may still appear to be a few seconds longer than in actuality. This issue will be addressed in the near future.
For someone who plays the JP client I thought you would get it lol.
Like using <t> on Ifrit or the Moogles on the JP or whatever client will bring it in the auto translate name of it on the chat log. Since the NPC names are region based and not globally English like in XI, it will help lower the language barrier for these fights.
JP one just for those wanting to use google translate or w/e...
Maybe talking about <t> issue? where <t> say on my JP locale would show JP NPC name to NA players without translating to the NA NPC name?? If that's it... been asking this since day 1 this game was out...lolQuote:
- [dev1351] チャットで発言する際に、代名詞でキャラクター名を指定した場合、自動的に定型文辞書の単語として取り扱うように変更されます。
OK so that's it... I dunno... the way they described was bit confusing to me lol
Would of been easier if they said
[dev1351] When using a placeholder ( <t> ) to specify a character in chat, it will automatically behandled as an Auto-translation Dictionary term.translated to that players language.
Some really nice changes for a lettered patch! I am honestly impressed with the amount of useful changes and bugfixes!
highly doubt SE would reimburse players for any items that were wrongfully lost/sold/thrown away but i hope they do for my sake!!!
Google translate is always good for a laugh. Like when Yoshi-P was telling us about his scary sister.Quote:
[dev1351] If when you say in the chat, you specify a name synonymous with character, will be changed to treat as words in a dictionary automatically boilerplate.
Awesome patch.
Boilerplate you say?
I have a very close JP friend and we found this frustrating when we wanted to fight King Moogle Mog together with our friends. (ENG/JP mixed pt). Sometimes someone would use <t> on one of the moogles and the jp weren't sure what npc the english players were talking about and vise versa
no one is happy that materia stacks now? lol that's a inventory killer
I'm assuming this refers to the <p0-7> placeholders which when used at the moment in chat give the name of the player the number represents. I also know that sometimes I can find names of LS and party members in my auto translate dictionary even though atm it's not a guaranteed thing. I'm not saying they will translate every player name into every language, that would be insane, but it will probably be dropped into your auto trans which you can then use for... typing someone's names with multi coloured brackets around I guess. Maybe to help us all be lazy with /assist macros
Happy but doesn't help when I have 3 of the same materia I that's +10 +12 +14 (example) still it does help a little bit on inventory so it's a start I guess. Would of been happier if they just said materia will be moved to Crystal category or it's own Materia category.
To make the process quicker make macro which executes step 4 & 5.
- Put on some subligar
- Go to the player you want to say hello to
- Look away from the player
- execute the following command /disappointed motion
- quickly type /em 's subligar says hello to <t>
Guess I'm still stuck with WAR for tanking............ /cry. The changes to PLD are crap, dont get me wrong, they are an improvement. But its still woefully underwhelming. Although due too bard, I really didnt think they would do anything with MP regeneration or the like. However, I was hoping that AF armor would be beefed up a bit more, along with better over all defense and improvements to shield block rate against NMs.

AF weapon? Or is this already in the game?
All patched up, now what to do for the next 7hrs 10 mins hmm maybe sleep through some of it.
