Wandering Eyes LS

Hey peoples. The Wandering Eyes is a small (so far just 4 of us) LS from Fabul. We are transferring to Sargatanas to be with friends and we would like to fill out our ranks a bit.

We are social. (or at least we will be if we can get enough members)

None of us have reached level 50 on any class. As such we are eager to find people who, like us, are still trying to experience the game for the first time.

We hope to build a decent sized LS full of people who are playing to have fun.

As we grow and reach endgame, we will continue to be very social while also doing some hardcore playing when the mood hits us.

We would like our members to be of the generous breed. We are more than willing to craft and meld and otherwise help our members.

Anyway, if you think that this sounds like an LS you would like to be a part of, let us know!

Hi, I would love to join your LS after the server merge as I'm currently on Saronia. I've just started playing a week or so ago and am fairly new to the game. I've played ffxi for a few years and had a few end game jobs. Where do I sign up?

To entropyle: That is awesome! Welcome to the game! You are more than welcome to join. The LS leader and myself are also fairly new to FFXIV (started a few months ago) and we both played FFXI. As for signing up, well, I guess you don't really have to. After the merge, we will try and find a time when we can look you up and give you a Linkpearl. And then we can get some playing in! Thanks for being interested in the Wandering Eyes!

To Shikaree: Our LS leader (Nalsato) and myself are both in the CST zone. I am currently waiting on this job interview so I tend to be online during the week from noonish to eveningish. When I (hopefully) land this job my play time will decrease. But Nal and I tend to play pretty regularly on the weekends, and I am usually up for loggin on for a bit in the evenings.

As for the crafting and gathering thing, that's great! I just don't think I'll have the time to level all of them, so I just decided to level goldsmith, weaver, and miner. And those have fallen a bit behind because of the time I have spent on the new job stuff. So I think it is awesome that you have done so much with all the DoH/DoL classes. So if you would like to join the Wandering Eyes, then by all means, welcome aboard! ... after the merge of course.

This is cool. I am glad you both have shown an interest in joining our little LS. Anybody else interested?

I maybe interested in joining myself to help out, while I have every battle class to 50 (on both of my characters) I just enjoy helping out, in anyway possible really. I am on alot, but I also have 8 LS's right now (one is mostly dead and i'm likely to drop it.) if you don't mind me jumping around, I watch all 8 LS chats at once.

I don't see that as being a big problem. A few of us are at least close to a level 50 battle class. We generally don't want to be carried through stuff by a 50, but seeing as we are getting close ourselves that is soon becoming a non-issue. Cool. See you soon!

I wouldn't mind joining either. I've been looking for a LS that isn't full of 50's and stuff so I can experience the game with people around my level. My highest is CNJ 36, but I also have THM at 32, and 4 crafting classes above 28 (GSM, LW, CRP, WVR) so I can make items for lower levels and help out where I can. :)

Awesome. I am writing down all your names. I will be on and off most of the day (assuming the server strain can support me), as I do yard work and such. If I can get on at all, I will be in and around Limsa Lominsa working on crafting classes and such. I will periodically search for you guys throughout the day and evening, and if we can't meet up to exchange pleasantries (and link pearls), I will keep looking in the future.

I got the boot again. That was the 3rd time in about 15 minutes. So I am just going to stay off for a few hours and hope that later the server strain is reduced. Anyway, Tiras and Arale have both been inducted into the Wandering Eyes (it was a grueling initiation wasn't it?), and I promoted them both to leaders so they can add Celaria and Misru and whoever else wants to join. In the mean time I am going to take my disconnected frustrations out on some weeds and leaves. *runs off wielding +1 rake of smiting*

I'm interested I guess...Needed a new linkshell for awhile anyways. If someone can message me in game about it. Should be hanging around for awhile unless I d/c pointlessly again

I would like to check out this LS. I don't really have too much to level anymore, but I'm willing to craft. I think...? ^_^ Anywho, I think it would be nice to meet some new people.

Phew, taking a quick water break from the yard (it is hot today in Oklahoma). I posted some threads in our LS forum on the Lodestone. To find them, go to the Lodestone, click on Linkshell and choose Wandering Eyes, then click on forum. If you have not yet received a linkpearl, thats ok, I will be on later this evening and we will try to get you a pearl as soon as possible. Once you have a pearl you will be able to access that forum. It should satisfy most functions of a Linkshell website, without having to actually build one. I would encourage members to check it out before logging on and such (but it's not necessary, we are not going to boot you if you never ever check it). That will be where we post LS events and requests and so on.

I just started FFXIV about a month ago (though I played FFXI for over seven years) so my highest level is currently my 18 PGL but I've been steadily teaching myself a lot of the game through trial and error! lol I'm the type who will look things up online first, but I'd love to be able to get advice from more experienced players when need be. Mainly though, I'm looking forward to having people to socialize with and really enjoy the game with!

Was actually kinda waiting for the merge to take place before actively looking for a LS, and it seems that might've paid off. ;D I'm in EST and play mostly at nights since I work from 10 AM to 7 PM my time, but I'm pretty active on weekends. See you soon maybe? ^^/

Hello. I just started playing again since launch. I would be very interested in joining your ls, as well =) I play very casually (couple hours every few days), but I'm enjoying the game a lot more in it's current state.

Guess you could say that I am also looking for a LS, it seems to be the trend post merge, eh? I have returned to take a look at all the changes made since launch, but I think it would be better if the world didn't seem so quiet. I am a rather casual player, sometimes in the PM during the week (EST), but most of the times I relegate my playtimes to the weekends where I am off and on all day. Currently, I just kinda level things randomly, though GLA is my highest at 30, my GLD is 22 as well, though I will say I am not all that fond of crafting, I do find it to be a bit more tolerable than in FFXI anyway.

In any case, you can find me online as Stark Lauffeuer, a Lionel looking Roegaydn that gets more private tells in German than I thought I would.

Hello! I was wondering if you guys were still accepting members? This looks like a great LS to start my journey to the top with. I would like that journey to be with great friends. Unfortunately I don't have that much experience at this time with FFXIV. I did play during beta but wanted to wait for a few improvements. I do have experience in other MMOs. I was a veteran of FFXI, also ran a couple of LSs. I was a co-leader of a couple of end game LSs. I led a WoW end game guild for a while.
