All Saints Wake 2019

All Saints' Wake starts on the 17th October goes to the 1st, with mount and yard furnishing.

Not to be nitpicky, but we got a mount from All Saints Wake before ;P
(The Witchs Broom in 2015, to be exact)

Nice that we'll get another one, though - even if it goes on to the pile of "cant use it" because the flapping Ahriman-wings always give me headaches... Furniture looks really cute aswell, total fan of seasonal yard-items so we can decorate the outside of the house for the event aswell!

How long til someone complains about outdoor furniture being part of the reward yet only a minority can use it?

The mount is ugly af.

Aye it would be cool with that as the mount. Heck was thinking the other day it would be cool having a "Santa's Sleigh" as a Starlight Celebration mount.

I can't see myself using the mount, though it's +1 to my collection nonetheless so no complaints from me there.

I consider this a blessing. Everyone with cars all over the place when the Regalia came out got old real fast.

Not feeling the mount. The furnishing definitely should've been what they went with for mounts. A little saddened by this being the second year of this event without an outfit too. But this could all be swept under the rug if they'd finally add a Haunted House section to the Gold Saucer and put all of the Saints Wake mini-games in there as GATES.

That was my first thought as well. The movement of the ahriman type mounts isn't comfortable. I do think we need more holiday yard decor though, especially for this time of year. Thus far all we've had is a puny jack-o-lantern on a stick.

My reaction a well. I actually thought it was the mount at first until I saw "Outdoor Furnishing Item".

I guess it'll be replacing my Namazu Float.

I'm bummed out about no glamour for All Saints again... but free mounts are always awesome to me. Like others, I would have loved to see the carriage as either THE mount or a second one.

Thanks devs for making a fun event that gives us a free mount and minion! Looks like a new poster too which makes me happy because I love the posters.

I guess I'm one of the only ones that could care less about the carriage being the mount. I just dont like inanimate objects as mounts. I may not be a big fan of ahriman either, but I will take it over a carriage.

Even if the carriage was a 4 seater, I wouldn't care. I have no use for 4 seaters. Looking forward to the event either way.

This was my reaction when I saw the picture for then first time. Would have been neat to have that as the mount.

However, the rewards still are nice and I won't complain for any free mounts we get!

I like arhiman as a mount concept but the derpy eyelid twitch that is clearly a bug is hard to get over. I love how the picture they chose captured it mid-derp too.

Nah it isn't a bug, Ahriman, according to at least one Final Fantasy game, get really sore eyes. That twitch makes it look like it's eye is quite sore, (like how people squint in harsh sunlight) so it fits.

Strike 1: Who’s bright idea was it to make the creature the mount instead of the pumpkin?

Strike 2: No costume?....for Halloween..?

Maybe they just focused their resources on Ishgard restoration, but still, this is pretty lame.

A free mount I'll take it even if it is kinda lame. I also agree with others about having no costumes is dumb.

Isn't that the monster that was raping women in the storyline in the early levels. I'm pretty sure it is.

But that's only because we already have the Ahriman as a mount. While it is all fine and dandy that we actually get a new mount, I would have been more excited about the pumpkin instead of a second Ahriman with an hat.

Could have been indoor furnishing since the summer event also featured outdoors stuff. I'm all for decorating yards but I feel bad for all the people that collect outdoor furniture but can't use due to not owning a house. SE should take that a bit into consideration since housing is so limited.

I like the mount though. Was also expecting a nice Mummy glamour to slowly add up to "iconic" Halloween costumes since we already have ghosts, witches, vampires, pumpkin head and werewolves.

Exactly! It's annoying to read posts complaining about not getting the pumpkin carriage for a mount. It reeks of self-entitlement.

I'm thankful for what the devs are giving us. All Saints Wake looks like it'll be a fun festival.
