I would not know off the top of my head haven’t played MCH a lot,

If ur after guides balance discord maybe a stronger place to find one though as they are generally built on providing data guides and answering questions.

Still relatively working on a few but, build to 50 Burn with your 1-2-3 combo. Then Wildfire, and Heatblast spam, Weaving Rico/Gauss in the mix. I use macros so my slugs unleash rook, while my spin overcharges. In AoE, its Arrow Spam, instead of Heatblast.

It's not really a strict rotation, it's a priority system.

1. Drill & Air Anchor
2. Heat Blast spam (during Wildfire when able)
3. Standard combo

Weave in Guass and Ricochet. Keep Barrel Stabilizer on cooldown. Summon Rook/Queen as needed. Use Reassemble with Drill/Anchor.

Under Wildfire, you'll only get 5 Heat Blasts, so add in 1 more weapon skill to maximize it.

AoE is pretty much the same except the AoE versions of the attacks. You've got Bioblaster, Auto Crossbow spam and Spread Shot.

Yeah its more a priority system than anything. Basically if something is off cooldown you want to put it back on cooldown. Things to note:

Reassemble should always be followed up with either Drill or Air Anchor for single target, or either Autocrossbow or Spread Shot for aoe.
Drill and Air Anchor on cooldown for single, Bioblaster on cooldown for aoe.
Try not to overcap on heat, battery or Gauss Shot and Ricochet charges.
Weave Gauss Shot or Ricochet between every weaponskill.
Make sure Hyperdrive is ready when you use Wildfire. 5x Heat Blast then one other weaponskill for the Wildfire duration. Weave Gauss/Ricochet as ping allows as long as you don't lose a weaponskill.
Flamethrower does more aoe dps than Spread Shot, but less than Autocrossbow or Bioblaster. Use it if you don't think you need to move for the next 10 seconds, and Bioblaster won't be off cooldown before Flamethrower ends.
Don't use the 50 heat generation skill on cooldown, doing so WILL overcap your heat. Use it as necessary instead.

Idk what's optimal and obviously I'm not an expert but at the current moment my opener looks like this.

Split->(Ricochet+Gause)->Slug->(R+G)->Clean->(R+G)->Anchor->(Barrel+Reassemble)->Drill->(Wildfire+Hypercharge)->*Heat Blast->(G/R)*->*Repeat×4
At this point it's mostly just using Drill and Anchor when off cooldown use Reassemble on Drill or Anchor. Never let Heat gauge max out. Use Wildfire and Barrel on cooldown,I try to keep them synched, and use123 combo while using Ricochet and Gauss whenever available. Also never let Battery gauge over charge but when to use Queen is up to you honestly, but preferably just before party buffs, and honestly it's doesn't matter much since the dps it deals equal out from using it at 50 everytime vs waiting till max charge.

AOE is up in the air for me. Obviously use Bio whenever it's up and use Hyperchage crossbow before you max out Heat. I also use Wildfire during this as it helps drop one mob faster and I use Reassmeble on Crossbow as Reassemble now causes all hits from an AOE to land a direct crit and not just the first. I often use Flamethrower when my Heat is low and Bio has more then 10s left on cooldown. Using Anchor during mob pulls depends on if it'll be a dps loss, though I always use it,but using Queen should be a gain since it's more dps even if it's only on one mob.

The fast wildfire opener looks something like:

Prepull:Pot/Reassemble -> Drill (Gauss/Ricochet) -> Heated Split Shot (Barrel/Wildfire) -> Air Anchor (Gauss/Hypercharge) -> Heat Blast (Rico) -> Heat Blast (Gauss) -> Heat Blast (Rico) -> Heat Blast (Gauss) -> Heat Blast (Rico) -> Heated Slug Shot (Gauss/Rico) -> Heated Clean Shot (Gauss/Rico) -> Drill

-Your number one priority is to keep Drill and Air Anchor on cd.
-Your robot scales evenly with energy so it doesn't matter when you summon it unless you can line it up with party buffs.
-You can use hypercharge if the following conditions are met: Drill and Air Anchor have more than 8 seconds on their cds, you will not drop your 123 combo, your Gauss/Rico charges are low enough for you not to cap, and you are either using wildfire or will have enough heat (or Barrel Stabilizer) for it when it is off cd.
-If you are concerned about weaving during hypercharge: if you enter hypercharge with 0 of both charges (at max lvl), you technically only need to weave one of each to avoid capping charges. If you are lagging or something, always err on the side of making sure you get all 5 heat blasts in.
-Wildfire should be hit by 5 heat blasts and one additional gcd. If that one additional gcd is a Drill or Air Anchor, it should be on the front end of hypercharge because both have a slight delay before registering their damage and can get cut off on the back end.
-Only ever manually activate wildfire or robot detonation abilities if the target is about to die or become immune to damage.

I was also confused about this too, I played Machinist back in 4.0 and I felt that I picked it up way easier then I do with the SHB one.

I understand the weaving for Heat Blast Gauss/Rico it's more so on Rook (78 currently) and wildfire. I'd assume it would sense to have Rook be deployed at around 12 seconds (so it spawns), then going WF at 10 -> Hyper Charge, Heat Blast + Gau/Rico combos -> Heated Clean Shot -> Rook Overdrive -> Drill?

Back in 4.0 I felt like Overdrive made way more sense with weaving but maybe I'm just not getting the full picture of it until Queen becomes a thing.

Rook/Queen and Wildfire don't affect each other. There's no need to stack them together. Align it with raid buffs if you can, but mostly it's a "set it and forget it" button.

Wildfire no longer calculates damage, it only cares about how many of your personal weaponskills you are able to use while its active. Heat Blast is most efficient for this. Gauss Round, Ricochet and Queen (or Rook) do not contribute to Wildfire.

That's honestly kind of depressing. So is it just like opening WF burst with air anchor, spamming Heat Blast and using gb/rico enough to avoid heat blast overcapping on the charges?

You don't even need to open it with Air Anchor necessarily. You just need to ensure that at minimum you spam Heat Blast and then add in one more weapon skill, it doesn't matter which weapon skill.
