✦ We do not tolerate any drama or toxicity, all members should respect one another. While general banter and jokes between friends is more than acceptable, should you overly offend someone, it will be an issue.
✦ Our only requirement is that members are ACTIVE both in-game and out of game (on Discord). Inactive members will be promptly removed (if you do not log in for 20 days or more in-game).
✦ Communication via Discord is MANDATORY, all members should use and check our FC Discord Server regularly. Chatting on there is a great way to make friends and get to know others.
✦ Always feel comfortable enough to ask questions to myself or any of the officers or members, we are here to enjoy the game together. FFXIV is a way for all of us to look away from the stress of everyday life, so we are also here for each other.
✦ If you are interested in joining us, please fill out a membership application below and post it on this thread. If you run into troubles posting it here, always feel free to reach out to me (Echo Elysium) in-game or on Discord.

✦ To get a large mansion estate in the upcoming patch! We are saving up the necessary funds at the moment~
✦ To encourage all members feel comfortable enough to either use our Voice Chat freely~
✦ To one day reach 100% of our members online! We have been close many times, but it would be amazing to have everyone from all their different timezones online~

Why you want to join <<EON>>: I want to join a Free Company that is small knit, where people enjoy talking whether it be about FFXIV, or other things. I am also looking for an FC that is happy to do any type of content, and not just the most current stuff.
Other: My character is a Legacy character who has been playing since 1.0, however I generally only tend to play the game for the story. If I had friends to play with, I'd definitely play the game a lot more.

Why you want to join <<EON>>: I've been on and off FFXIV for a while now, back when I started playing (around 2015-2016) I was in a tight-knit FC that disbanded while I was inactive. Been trying to find an FC that had the same atmosphere ever since.
Other: I don't take the game too seriously, I'm not massive into raiding and all that stuff, I see it as more of a social/chill game, so if you're fine with someone who just wants to chill and socialise then that would be great :D -
