Something happened the other day that made me laugh and I figured I'd share it to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

You know you're playing xiv too much when you look up at the sky to see how big dalamud has gotten, only to realize it's not there irl.

You use auto-translate phrases at work, forgetting the person you're talking to doesn't play the game and won't get the reference.

i used to chat a lot.. too much haha.. so it happens now and then when i am out irl , i use words like LOL accidently irl when talking to people :)

They must be invisible, because I'm on here just about everyday looking for news. I think I would have noticed. You might be confusing this with the "please remove anima" threads.

We literally had 3 at the same time on the general discussion front page for 2 days straight a week to week and a half ago.

When I said "Welcome back" once a friend got back from his cig break on facebook... His reply "Hahaha lmfao"

It doesn't really sound that bad, but I never say that to people in know IRL lol so it sounds weird to most people I know when it's said.

I always have mine set so I just need to press space to talk in LS...
I ALWAYS end up putting a space at the very start of whatever I type on Skype, MSN etc.
