I would really like to see hairstyles be glamourable. So you could have it change your hair along with your outfit when you change equipment sets or glamour plates.
Large amount of work? Yes. Necessary? Nah.
But WORTH it?
I think so.

I would love this since pony tails look awful when you use hats, keeping me from ever using them realy

I wouldn't say no. Whenever I do decide to play Paladin I have to go and change my hairstyle and color to fit the Rena cosplay I have for it.
I was talking about this with one of my in game friends a while ago, actually. Some of the outfits I use look great with short hair, since I generally like to wear armour as I main tank, or I like to wear outfits that coincidentally have a collar, but sometimes I just want to look cute and wear some nice casual clothes with some long hair, or something like a dress. Not that short hair looks bad with it, but I find it more natural with longer hair.
So yes. A thousand times yes. Please and thank you, SE.
I can get behind this. The current way of doing hairstyle changes is clunky.
Can this also apply to facial hair as well? Male characters seriously need some of it and it'd be nice for them to interchange between them depending on their preference.
Also, this feature would be nice since I tend to change my hairstyle, like, every two days of gameplay and I hate it when I get attached to a certain hairstyle on a certain glamour plate piece.
Yes yes yes yes yes !!!
I would love this feature so much.
So many lovely hairstyles in this game that I need to use on all my classes.
I don't think they can make hairstyles changeable, but I do wonder if they could make wigs as equippable headgear for a workaround. You wouldn't be able to combine with hats/glasses but it would be better than nothing.
It would be great to bind hairstyles to glamour plates. It would also make it easier to change hairstyles when you're not near a crystal bell))
I have been wanted this since galmour was implemented, yeah, would be great
Definitely. As someone who plays multiple jobs all the time, I often have to fall back to shorter hairstyles or pony tails just to avoid horrible clipping on specific chest piece collars.
Thanks for all the positive replies, everyone. <3 Would love to keep this up and get it noticed by Square. With some luck maybe someone will eventually just ask Yoshi P about it. -.-
yes please
I like the idea and am all for if, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't possible for one reason or another.
It would be great because the hairstyles I like either clip into the headband I'm wearing or clip in the steampunk goggles I'm wearing depending on which class I play. Tying hairstyles to the plates would be a great way to work around the hair clipping issues.
This is a necessary feature to help avoid clipping, SE can use all the resources needed for this to be completed.
For those saying this can't be done, I doubt hairstyles use much memory so of course it's doable and it's also possible to link them to Gear Sets which would be a better option given the Glamour Dresser's limitations!...
Honestly suggested it before but we should have the option to select a 2nd hairstyle that we could toggle simliar to /visor, and show/hide Helm/weapon. Would solve the clipping issues with certain armors if the 2nd hairstyle was purely short ones and the 1st was longer ones.
Yes! Have to add more characters to get above the 10 character minimum.
But Yes!
yes please. I mean sometimes you got to just let your hair down so to speak XP

I have a few lady friends that say this to me at least once a week " I wish I could change hair with my glamour"
This is a lovely idea... but given the whole method of changing hairstyles, without knowing about the tech behind it, it - seems - that it wouldn't be possible with the current code.
Oh yes I fully support this. I remember being excited in The Sims 2 when they finally added the ability to pick the hairstyle with the outfit...
Yeah I agree but unfortunately I do not see that happening.
FFS dude get a life.
People stand up every mornign to do the hair, before battle, people do the hair...
People all the time do the hair, so why a friseur for the hair?
I go for that request!
Yes would be nice if you could save a glamour file with a hairstyle.
