Am I the only one who miss Sole Survivor?

What's the reason that devs remove this skill?

Nope you are not the only one, and it's a mistery, sole survivor could be our 1200p heal.

It was cool and thematic but it wasn't as useful as it could have been. I'm okay with losing it to gain other, cooler things.

Not really. While it was neat to have once they fixed it to actually be somewhat useful, it was never really a standout or impactful ability. With the inevitable ability culling that happens with every expansion, it deserved its place on the chopping block.

I did kinda like it after they made it usable on bosses when the duration runs out. It was REALLY fun for aoe'ing to regain your hp/mp back on a mob that dies quick. At least it still exists in PVP.

But we didn’t really gain anything in losing it.

Yet we still have Living Dead and it’s still useless as ever.

I miss a lot more than just Sole Survivor :(

I too miss Sole Survivor... and a lot more... but at least with GNB I still have to combos two alternate between...

Sole Survivor is in PvP I was told.

I don't miss it was annoying to use till they changed it in SB to where if you don't kill the target it'll give you mana/HP back but before then was a nightmare to get DPS to kill that one mob that had 2% hp on it and you were screaming "KILL IT I WANT MY MANA!".

I guess it really wasn't the sole survivor.

I miss Sole Survivor too, and we are a few button short so no idea why it was put on the chopping block. (Especially after it's cool rework in 4.3)

Hope they decide to bring it back..

It wasn't impactful enough to really help, but it felt bad to get nothing from it, and it felt REALLY bad when the game glitched, and it went on cooldown, but the mob died too early for it to give you the recover.

I mean, not that I wanted to see it go, but I can see why it did.

sole survivor become a great hel after the buff, grant you it wasn't perfect but could become DRK 1200p heal, a chance missed.

I miss it. It wasn't the most impactful skill around, but it was always nice getting a little bit of extra sustain for mob groups. Oh well, """"action pruning""""
