It takes about 2-3 hours to get in an alliance roulette as a tank. My suggestion is to switch the party comp to 2 tanks 4 dps 2 healers per party even if temporarily. This is the only content in the game with such a low number of tanks are allowed in.
This rewards a high amount of exp but you are waiting such a long time to get in. Shouldn't have to wait 3 hours for an alliance raid.

There used to be 2 tanks per Alliance for Labyrinth of the Ancients (or was it all Crystal Tower?), I don't think SE or the playerbase has much desire to go back to that party comp. Players are busy doing other things so some duty queues will suffer that's just how it is, could also look in to using Party Finder or queue for something different.

Once people stop leveling Gunbreaker en masse it'll probably go back to normal. A /lot/ of people have been clamoring for a gunblade like job for years now, so the high amount of interest is only natural. Give it time and the bandwagon players will leave and a good portion of the rest of the playerbase will rotate to level other jobs.Quote:

If its bad later on cause few tanks they can go back and readjust it again. They kind of design the fights for 1 or 3 tanks, the only fight originally that really did make use of all 6 tanks was the Bone Dragon in The Labyrinth of Ancients.
