Mogstation issue

About 14 hours ago I purchased the sds fenrir mount on the mogstation. I've used the mailbox's delivery request button innumerous times since then and it still hasn't been sent to me. I'm getting annoyed at this point. :/

I'm having literally the exact same issue with the same item. I sure would like to make use of my $30 item.

Same item, same issue. I'm sitting at 13 hours or so right now. Must be the item cause other folks I know are buying and receiving items with no issues.

Same here, bought fatcat mount no delivery. Bought a single char glamour, received right away. Maybe the issue is with account-wide items?

It's possible that is the issue. I thought it might of been to this mount but if other folks are having the problem with account wide mounts then perhaps that needs to be looked at.

Same here! Purchased a Fantasia and the Carpet mount yesterday - got the Fantasia (as well as my black Amazon choco I remembered to enter the code for) almost immediately, but still waiting on the Carpet...

Well I was hoping to get some help in game and after putting in a ticket about 5 hours ago got the usual in game response of making sure that my mail box is empty and that I use the refresh item to have the item appear and if it has not then provide the following information and we will get back to you. So I'll update if I hear anything.

Unfortunately, it's a Friday so odds are this issue will not be looked into until Monday at the earliest...

Yeah, and they'll do nothing. Probably won't even apologize. Such wonderful customer service they have.

I bought the SDS Fenrir over 26 hours ago, I haven't received it yet either...

Just had another reply to my ticket. I was told this time that I log out for a short period of time and this might make it work. Hate to break it to them but I've been online and offline this whole time and yet nothing has changed. I'll update if something does change but they did also tell me that if I still don't have it after 72 hours pass to reply to the message and they can look into it more. Also I logged out, took a break, then logged in and nothing changed yet. So it might be the full 72 hours!

I purchased the magic carpet mount last night and have yet to receive it as well. They were quick to take the money from me but sure are taking their time giving me what I paid for. This is really frustrating.

I finally got my SDS Fenrir mount just now, after 29 hours, lol.

I received my SDS Fenrir mount as well after more than 24 hours.

Over 30 hours and no luck as yet :(

Reaching 12 hours here, still no SDS Fenrir. I sent them a tweet earlier and submit an e-mail support ticket, but I don't really expect much to be done for now...

hey guys, just got my sds fenrir 17 hours after ordering. Try requesting it on your mailbox now.

Happy to report I finally received my order at around the 24-hour mark like many others. Still pretty annoyed about the situation, but oh well. Hoping others get their items soon.

Got the mount after 25 hours. Had to send request in the mailbox a few times before it delivers

Well, 15+ hours in, still no delivery for me... Gonna hope that it gets delivered by tomorrow, I guess. Glad to see some people are getting their purchases, though!

Finally got it around the 46 hour mark. Happy to finally get it but this stuff takes WAY too long. ~.~

30 hours and waiting...guess it's a known issue if this many are seeing the same problem.

30hrs still waiting on the bike

Just got mine a few minutes ago.

Guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. No sooner than 30 minutes after finding this topic and submitting a support ticket just in case, I got the mount. 31 hours or so.
