Do what you must and become the Warrior of Darkness and bring the darkness back to the land.
You need a monitor of darkness
If anything is too bright,For me,its the new UI skin....
Sounds like extra motivation to do the MSQ!
If your monitor brightness must be unwritten...Let it be unwritten.
Well, i mean the first shard was nearly destroyed by a FLOOD OF LIGHT, so I mean I GUESS it's gonna be a lil bright.
It is flooding and engulfing my eyes /playdead
Well it's bright because it's meant to be (lets not mince words: the First has not had an actual night time in a century, so you think you have it bad? Spare a thought for the poor inhabitants of the First, most of them have probably never even seen a dark sky or night time before). So working as intended. ;)
Really, if the glare is that bad reduce the brightness/adjust gamma settings on your monitor or the game in Config, as they're not going to change it (this is not an attack on you though so I'm really sorry if I came across that way. It's just the bright environments are by design - they're meant to be that way).
I'm sorry, I can't read your post because I've gone blind from the Light.
Maaaan, i hate water its too wet.
You can setting monitor's less bright
you could just adjust the game settings if its THAT bad. I dont have any issues with it
Blame hydaelyn for the brightness

I love love love the maps, but they are quite straining on the eyes.
Got a few headaches, but its worth it x)
You should be able to look at the brightest parts of the game without pain and easily see details in the darkest parts of the game. If you can't then you are using the wrong settings in game or on the monitor.
Well you can always turn down the gamma or lower your brightness on your monitor settings.
What's with islands, get more land. What's with deserts, get less sand.
embrace it, iam PLD and WHM and iam beating the light with my own light muahahaha
