Slot for application to Excalibur

Since it's the last day and all before phase 1 ends, I figure it's worth a shot asking. I've been watching the server application for several days now waiting for Excalibur to have a slot open, but no go (seen every other server though). So, does any kind soul out there have a mule or a character that isn't slated to be on Excalibur or something? I wouldn't ask of a character someone cares about, though.
