And yeah, I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about Eternal Wind.
EDIT: NVM, saw the above link. I'm not sure what if anything it's called by in this game, but that was basically the theme of Doga and Unei. Also remixed from FF3 (in which those two were NPCs). -
