This. We're here just waiting..we walked out the first time and killed him again. Same result, what do we do. Or what did we do wrong?

Were you on black mage when you first entered the battle? You MUST be on black mage when you enter, you can then change once inside the fight.

I've already done the fight, and got the piece.

The BLMs that needed it, were all on BLM when we did it. (And on BLM when we entered.)

Everyone who needed to be on BLM was on BLM when entering. Switched after entering, then proceeded to kill, killed it, and then nothing happened.

Sometimes it will glitch out. We had it happen to two of our members. One of them logged out, then logged back in and contacted the ??? again and it triggered the final CS. The second member, it kept telling him to begin duty, and when he did, instead of taking us in, it triggered the final CS. Hope that helps you guys out!

This happened to me too.

I went in as BLM and watched cut scene.
Switched to WHM.
We won.
I watched cut scene.

No progression.

I then switched to BLM and went back 'in'. Re-watched cut-scene. Progression.

There is something weird happening if you are not BLM. Also it is a bit weird you can switch while in. I'm thinking one of the two will be looked into.

Had a similar thing on the Monk with some others, they enter as Monk (required if ur on quest) then switched, after fight and CS there was a dude to talk to, they forgot to switch n it booted them, after redoing they switched back to monk before end of fight and was able to get progression.

Did the people who need BLM talk to the NPC in Ul'dah?

I can confirm this happened once to a group I was in. Enemies died, and simply nothing happened.

Yea this happened to a few LS members. We had 2 parties and switched the members around then they got it. I dunno weird

I had this happen in both the drg fight and the blm fight. Drg we redid but with blm I just changed back to blm and reentered the instance, jumped straight to finishing cs. I'd suggest dropping party before re entering as I got booted from the cs a couple of times when party members not in the cs became engaged with the assasins in the room.

Happened to someone in our party. They weren't level 50....Make sure you meet the level requirement

This happened to me with the MNK final. Did it once and it didn't progress. Did it again, this time staying MNK the whole fight, and it did progress.

This happened to ppl in my ls and others I know, they called a gm while in the instance still with mobs dead, he showed up and just said it was a bug and he would report it and left...

no win, no gear, nothing. even though they were inside the instance still and had obviously finished the fight

I had this with DRG final fight.

In BLM fight i had another bug. We died, 3 people exit the instanced area to save themself, and we remained dead inside the instance for 30 minutes. Even after log-out / log-in we could not exit the instance.

It happened to me on BLM last quest and I was on WHM. To fix it you change to BLM or whatever ur required job for the quest and go to the ? mark again and just skip the event. That should fix it.
