Why is there no crafted Zurvan weapons?

Literally every other primal from Heavensward has a crafted version of it that has animation effects, but Zurvan is the only one not included. For the love of Zodiark why

it'll just come in the next patch. please look forward to it.

It did not come.

Clearly they're holding back craftable Zurvan weapons for some really odd reason, and now they even skipped adding the Zurvan lanner as a reward from the Moogle Treasure Trove.
Following the two previous MTT's, Seph and Zurvan lanners should've both been on the list for this coming event..

None of the Lanner shoud've been on the list but yeah I get your point. We *should* at least have reached SB primal stuff by now but they had most likely no time or keeping it on purpose. Only to release it and then through it out like free candy after a month or two lol


And we also still dont have a Sephirot statue for our house, for whatever reason...

I guess it makes sense that they'd expect people to farm Zurvan for mats so they wouldn't give us an easy way to get the lanner, but this doesn't seem like enough of an indication to me that they're finally resuming crafted primal weapons.
I can't even remember when we got Sephirot/Sophia's crafted weapons. Seems like they just gave up on them, along with egi glamours.

resources are being spent elsewhere other than glamor weapons. just have to tow the old line "please look forward to it".

They are probably going to release Zurvan and Susano weapons together would be my guess. I would be very surprised if we did not get a primal weapon craft in 5.2.

As a bump for this thread, I should point out that they skipped over crafted weapons for Zurvan AND Susano and went straight to Shinryu.

The developers skipped Zurvan crafted weapons to show that they’re better at skipping than Party Finder.

You didnt do the soar mechanic back in 3.5, so you dont get the crafted weapons. No one to blame but yourself.

I get the a feeling they're just doing the ones they think look cool and releasing them more or less as they finish them.

Zurvan weapons looked like crap im glad they skipped them i always felt like they reused the nidhogg weapons for that one but red instead.

Legit hope they don't skip of tsukuyomi. The whole motif for the fight and base weapons look to good to not have an upgrade to or do you think they just basically said nah to primal weapons at this point?

Tsukuyomi's weapons are super clean, hopefully they add crafted versions soon. Don't think they gave up on crafted weapons though, I just think that they're really slow and don't have a consistent schedule for releasing them.

Pretty sure Shinryu got his weapons because a certain somebody is going to be relevant in Shadowbringers

Will say, 5.3 definitely made me happy
