Shadowbringer Glows

Ever since I obtained my Mogtana with the music notes glowing effects from the Auction House I've just been infatuated with the idea of glows ever since.

I know many people see them as extra and gaudy but for me I think with alittle finesse you can make yourself look extremely breathtaking when you've got the right glows on.

I'm curious on what future glows we may have, or heck I wonder if will ever get the ability to dye/form our own glows. Could you imagine being able to customize your light colors and patterns on your weapons and armor?

I can finally be a radiating rainbow cowboy like I've always dreamed.

I would like to have the option to glamour glow effects to other weapons. Some glow effects would simply look better with different weapons, to say nothing of the fact that many of these are tied to rewards from relic quest and extreme content/ high level crafted items. Those achievements should be transferable to newer gear and vise versa.

Creating your own is unlikely, but it's fair to guess some of these. We haven't gotten Zurvanite weapons with glow yet, and they will likely have a fire and ice effect on them since those are the elements he uses.

I would expect we'll also get glowy weapons from the Four Lords battles eventually as well as Tsukyomi, Shinryu, Susano, and Lakshmi, though some of them I'd have a difficult time saying exactly what their glow will be. Tsukyomi will likely be pretty dark, and Shinryu rainbow if I had to guess.

Pure semantics I know, but Lakshmi only drops accessories. :^) Nothing that would glow.

ooops, yes! I'm so used to every extreme primal dropping weapons that I forgot she just had accessories! Thank you

Though it's not impossible they could design weapons in her style as later craftable weapons.... but I do think that the Sophia weapons are probably too similar to what her style would have been. Probably one of the reasons she never got weapons to begin with.

I would imagine Tsukiyomi would get a purple glow, shinryu will be green, the four lords are fairly easy to guess but as someone else stated if you want a pretty solid idea look at their respective mounts

I don't see why they couldn't. We already have a lot of alagan light blue glowing stuff. I'd like to think they could make jewlery that allows you to change the glow color.

Don't we also have glowing Gathering tools? I'm pretty sure some of the main tools were also glowing. The achievement ones I believe?

Shinryu could be green, true. I was more thinking of that kind of oily rainbow look that he's got as an effect already in certain phases of the right, which would be different from anything we have so far. We've already got a greenish glow on the crafted sophic weapons.

You would think but that wasn't the case with 2.0 glowing primal weapons. And when you look at the Stormblood wolves their glow is too similar or too simple for it to work on the weapons.
It's hard to work around this, you have to make a new type of glow and particles (leafs, water, electricity, fire, etc).
