Doing the same for me, it's so annoying.
Is Square gonna do something about the 90002? Like a hotfix, or patch? It's becoming increasingly annoying. The last patch this crap started when the server splits, and Datacenter changes occurred.
I wish they would. Every time I've contacted them about this they keep wanting to push the issue on my end... even though, at least to me, that is not the case.
They've mostly just stopped responding to threads about 90002 issues as if its not a problem people are having or something.
I've literally changed internet providers over the past few months and it's still happening to me. It never happened before until a month ago, then I just started getting this randomly. Would happen every 45 mins. or so of gameplay.
Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
Can I get some addition information regarding the issue you’re having?

Thank you for the reply Misty78.
Much of the troubleshooting we provide is to help strengthen your home network. However, if the issue stems from outside of this network, we can only really troubleshoot it by doing a trace route. For security reasons, we can't do this in a public setting. If you'd like, we can assist you further if you contact our Support Center here: https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...382&la=1&fty=1
Select one of the live contact options (either phone or chat).

- Platform: PC
- Type of connection: Wired
- Other programs running while the game is playing: Chrome, Steam
- When the error started to occur: Since recently reactivating my account earlier this month and transferring to Mateus
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue: Connect directly to modem, re-install FFXIV, forwarding ports
Not going to lie, having been a couple years since I last played, coming back to this kind of crap, especially after paying as much as I did to update my account's subscriptions and licenses, this is a real kick in the pants.
