Okay, this is probably the wrong place to post this but whatever... Alright, I got my BLM AF. It's awesome, it's cool and swag but just one tiny question... The belt? What the heck happened to the awesome looking belt from the concept art?

The regular job quests give no AF weapons. There's a chance of it being raid drop.

Weapons were confirmed to not be in 1.21.
Since it is likely they will follow a specific questline, I'm pretty sure we'll see them in 1.22 (might even be a dev post somewhere confirming this part)

On the subject of AF weapons, I guess for PLD the shield falls under weapon. Makes some sense, since it's off-hand. If it's the same one that Roegadyn Paladin uses though, that's pretty sweet.
