Quality of life changes you'd like to see

Like the title says, what are those minor things you'd like to be bettered?

Me, I'd like to be able to use the Atheryte crystals while being on a mount.

Honestly? A retainer that crafts HQ pieces of gear for me, but at a high cost of ventures. That’s a end game crafters dream.

Hell we need to be able to craft our own Glamour dresser like we can craft our own Amouire or Unending Journey.

I'd love it if the HUD Layout actually had dummy templates of the HUD elements so you can actually see where stuff will go... So many things that only show up in duties (and specific duties at that) that I change the layout of and never realize they're in a bad spot until I'm doing content, because I can't see them until I'm doing content...

Would also be great if a lot of the text that shows on screen could be edited in HUD Layout... A lot of it is in bad places IMO, or is way too big and obnoxious...

HAVE ALTS HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BLOOMING HOUSE. Honestly, why isn't the one lone house you can own; account-wide in regards to access?

Being able to interact with things while mounted.
Being able to automatically consume Aetheryte Tickets for teleporting, instead of it asking every time.
A total Repair All, rather than just Repair All for the selection of gear you're on.
Icons and HUD elements that are scaled properly to resolution, so they don't look blurry when over 100%.
If tank/dps stances are still in Shadowbringers, make it so that DPS stance is a passive and that passive is canceled when you turn on tank stance.

-An FC recruitment board.
-Leve allowances removed. /Unlimited Leves
-Fates useful again. (exp wise)
-Beast tribe allowances removed.
-Hunt Board daily restrictions removed.

Actually looks like the Glamour dresser as a furnishing is actually coming, just not quite yet. It's in an interview from earlier this year.

Just give me a way to easily tell if I've already obtained various one-time-use items...

Mounts, minions, TT cards, orch rolls, recipe books, hairstyles, emotes, etc.

The biggest QoL thing for me is super specific but I've been playing a lot of AST lately and I wish the CD on Spread could be reduced a tiny bit - even if it's just like 25 seconds instead of 30.

This way when you Sleeve Draw and get a Balance in your Draw and a different card in your Spread you can ditch your Spread card but still retain your drawn one. It wouldn't have a huge impact but it would make me happy.

Player housing being available to every player who desires it.

Other MMO's have no issue doing the same thing, so for FFXIV to fall behind is very troubling.

Repair All

Not repair all equipped, repair all everything. Is it really so unthinkable that I might want to repair my DRG, SCH, and BOT gear at the same time? Why does that take 20+ clicks to accomplish?

Could we avoid the junk from eso and wow please? specially if you left those 2 games PLEASE!!! do not bring the issues of those lame games to such a great world

Inventory space is definitely something to look at, especially for glamour dresser to your storage of wearables.

Companion App needs to be improved too to get more features in it.

Repair All option is very much needed.

More wards for housing and improvement on the housing timer system. I have a house but i heard some players spent a very huge amount of time bidding for a plot where the time can be well spent on other things. Definitely need to see improvement on this.

controll over retainer item number brought back like pay 99 bentures for them to farm fire crystals 4 48 hours are something.

Also flying brought 2 reborn zones along with mount in towns lol.

Also a way to remember spots on the map permently like fishing spors, miner spots etc that will show on the minimap

Smarter tab targeting Sick and tired as a Tank of trying to quick hit a straying monster only for the tab key to target something way off in the distance that I can just happen to los from my vantage.

MORE GLAM SLOTS IN DRESSER! Theres 200 slots total for items... and theres like 600 things I want to wear occassionally without having to remember which retainer I left item with sell and get rid of items I might need for retainer inventory space. ,etc. etc.

move certain items from inventory to key items.. Atma(Zodiac), Aspect Crystals(Anima),Boss Stuff (E.G.Diamond Dust ,Alexandrian Peddles) Protean Crystals

Update the potions (remove the max health or MP restored just leave the cooldown)

Get rid of crystals shards ,etc.etc. etc. Being needed for crafting.

They have already stated they are expected to increase the Glamour dresser by double from 200 to 400 and add some more glamour plates as well.

Yeah. While it's nice to get more slots for the Glamour Dresser it doesn't really solve anything except maybe freeing up another full retainer. We need more inventory space dangit! That leads me to my reason for posting in the thread...

fix Tank/Healer AI for chocobo and squadrons

Repair everything I own button. EVERYTHING.

Quick synth speed significantly increased

Tab functionality not dependent on character hitbox. The one thing i dislike about being a potato is how awful targeting as a whole is, and how i cant reliably tab to things larger than me that are close to me.

Massive improvements to the menu'ing process.

In the Duty Finder list of instances, we need to be able to collapse the lists. We have so many dungeons/trials/etc., should be able to collapse the categories so we can quickly skip over the irrelevant ones to get to the ones we want to bother with.
