What new skills would "wow" you if shown in the 5.0 benchmark?

In 4.0 I was amazed by:
-WAR's gapcloser
-PLD's "Holy"
-DRK's "shield cover"
-MCH's flamethrower

What skills are you hoping to see in 5.0? I'm hoping to see:

-PLD gapcloser involving their shield (Think Capcom fighting games Captain America "Charging Star")
-DRG "Dragon Breath" or Highwind
-BLM getting Comet
-SCH getting Meltdown
-MCH getting a Chainsaw or Drill
-MNK getting an Aura Blast or Asuran/Raging Fists

• Machinist pulling out a sniper rifle shot much like Mustadio Bunanza's special attack in Orbonne Monastery. That would make me PogChamp x100.
• Bard getting Eagle Eye Shot. Like the MCH Sniper Rifle, ready your bow, charging the shot for a second or two and BOOM! massive critical head shot!

Yeah, pretty much the above for every job. A massive damage charged attack sort of like a mini Limit Break.

Summoner- bio,miasiam,ruin replaced called primal commands which would use dot,dmg abilitys by commanding your pet return to summoner orgins of pet based not dot bs ..

Blm, True flare-single target does 5x more than verflare it is blms signature.
Water- with drowning effects

Fire spikes,thunder,ice spike
burn,frostbitw, electrocute abiltys or effects on spells.
Blm Void stance or sin stance turning magic either into dark or light based aka dark fire dark blizzard holy fire holy blizzard


Sch -fairy wings-grants the user fairy wings and doubling all healing magic for pet and yourself for 1min

Sch-reflect -cast reflect on a player reflect all magic back last 40 seconds

Sch- fairy cry - yells out weaking all dmg and magic incoming attacks for 30 sec by 50 percent.

Whm-

Auto life, Shell, twister, flood, earth shaker
and True holy again does 5x more dmg to a single target more than rdms verholy

Rdm- enfire,en thunder,enwater etc

I would like BLM to get an upgrade to Flare's animation. All the new bosses in raids that cast Flare use the PROPER Flare animation (red light particles slowly gathering into a single point, followed by a massive explosion)

Also Flare/Holy aint gonna do like 2k potency lol. But technically they already do 5x more than RDM's because they're AoE, so the TOTAL damage potential of these spells are greater AND they're spammable--RDM can only use ONE once every 20-30 seconds. Also RDM's version is only a copy in name only (the lore book said they are inspired by those spells, aka Verflare uses several small microexplosions inspired by BLM's Flare).

I wanna see a WAR slam their axe down so hard that it creates a huge fissure that travels forward and then explodes upwards.

I also wanna see a WAR jump onto someone's face and slam down with their axe and crunch the ground (Kind of like the effect that Decimate gives)

I wanna see SAM get the thing from the Trailer. You know, the good old anime Samurai stand off, where you charge up, hand on sheathed katana then dash through your opponent who's chest ruptures with blood from the slash you gave them like 2 seconds later.

I want to see WHM get literally any Water based attack >.> Also, Tornado and Quake.

SMN getting Demi-Titan, Demi-Ifrit and Demi-Garuda instead of Popoto, Spicy Popoto and Mouldy Popoto.

BLM getting Burst, Comet. Freeze that doesn't suck. Updated Flare.

DRK getting that purple flames aura from the Trailer >.>

MCH / with more robots/turrets. Maybe even a robot suit that buffs your abilities for a short time.
DRK / with a aoe around self that slows and pulls enemies closer to the player.
MNK / with a super hero landing
DRG / with a dragonet pet
SCH / Lily joins as a fairy
AST / a long CD skill that increases attack/spell speed of the party by 50%+ for a short time

I want MCH to get Promotion back and it turns their Rook Turret into a King Turret that looks identical to the mech from Rival Wings

MCH: More turrets and/or heavy weaponry, and changes that makes Flamethrower a viable DPS skill.

WHM: Shell and Protect as exclusive skills.

SMN: Demi-Alexander

White Mage

Accession: Extends the effect of the next single target Healing or Enhancing Magic spell to party members within range. MP Cost is doubled & Does not work with existing AoE abilities. ( I realize this was technically a Scholar ability in FFXI, but I feel it's more suited for WHM in FFXIV )

Boost Any of the abilities from this spell line in FFXI.
Arise/Raisega AoE Revive
Haste
Sacrosanctity Enhances magic defense for party members within area of effect.

Some of these are probably unrealistic, but I was never told they had to be. :P

For SMN: Either showing several (not just one or two) different primals being summoned like demi-Bahamut or another 3+ egi(glamours) being showcased.

Eos and Selene are just different forms of Lily. That said, I would like to see more pet actions for Smn and Sch, even if it requires another pet hotbar.
