More going on then Veria!

I know people are mainly focused on bunnys atm, but Im surprised no one has brought up the rest. The website has more on the coming expansion then just the two new playable races....who knows, maybe my healer pet will have her own sub-quest with the addition of pixies. Even dwarves, I would expect no less then at least one Gimley reference easter egg. lol

They all look great but I don't want to just take all the picture links lol.

Could just be concept art gonna concept art, but I wonder if the red was bleached to pink because of the light taking over and if we're going to get some of those rich reds and such as the story progresses?

Looks like a Naboo palace plotted next to Superman's crystal castle. lol

Honestly between new race and jobs not rlly lol . i mean big deal a new primal that will act like the others and use similar mech just with differnt colors . and big deal more beasttribes tbh most the expansion will be rehassness

Even if that's the case, I'd be completely fine with it. One of the many reasons I gave up on WoW was due to the development team trying to completely reinvent the wheel with each new expansion. At least I know what I'll be getting with FFXIV and I can tackle other games in between content patches once I've exhausted a particular content patch.

What exactly do you consider "similar mech"s? Because aside from having 3 phases (beginning->intermission->final) most primals are pretty different as far as mechanics go, unless you just want to call everything in the game similar mechs because it's about positioning and dodging aoes.

orange stack in every fight move from party kill add mash x to get out of stuff get close to them so you dont get nocked out dodge

I don't even care about the bunnies but considering that the zones will become empty within weeks of release - we'll have to wait 5.1 for any actual good content like dailies, 24 man raid and even relic - so not really interested or even caring about everything else.
Sure I guess there's a story but I never liked it and even if I liked ffxiv story, it's not good enough for me to keep a sub going. I loved SWTOR story but it didn't keep me long enough to keep a sub going. There's always youtube channels that could always let me read and see the story for free.

Only thing that I cared about is the new tank class but since I know 5.0 will be a borefest like 4.0 and 3.0 was, I'll probably not even bother: wish it had more tweaks to current stuff, and the trust system...yeah If it's like the trust system that was supposed to work for the custom deliveries then I have zero hopes.

I'll probably just wait for a discount. Have fun though.

Il Mheg is the most eyecatching to me. Crystarium as well. But I like the forest area. Its a breath of fresh air considering all the open zones we've had from the different expansions. Its bringing us back to something more like Gridania's environs.
