FFXV Event Glitch/Bug

I'd advise avoiding the 2nd fight of this event. It's causing an issue with characters getting stuck in a 90k error loop. I currently am affected by this. Just thought I'd post it here so others are aware.

Edit: For Clarification, It's the second instance fight with Garuda.

Edit 2: It's fixed. Log back in your characters to progress.

I'm in that very loop right now. I can't play now because I auto disconnect trying to log back in.

Same. I can't log back in so, I'd avise people not to until further notice.

Well. It was a fun fight at least. Hope link-strike makes it way to Shadowbringers in some form.

Wasn't a good omen when I find out about this bug while finishing the instance quest itself.

Anyone confirm that all the stuff has to be bought afterward via MGP tokens? Or is everyone stuck on step two, as listed above?

The 2nd fight is the instanced quest, correct? I did it just fine, so it seems to be a case by case thing

They really pulled out all the stops for this event, just like FFXV it's half-finished!

I suppose the cosmos is telling me at 5am it's time to go to bed after getting hit by Noctis Savage.

there are 2 instances. Garuda (the one in grid itself) is the bugged one.

As far as I know everyone is stuck, but I can't log in to check for sure. :p

My hubby wasn't stuck in the event loop so I checked. There is a seasonal Forge seller in the Gold Saucer. When talked to, he says "we're going to do a collaboration between Garlond's forge and the Gold Sauer soon" so I guess he's going to be selling stuff when we're done with the event.

Happend to me right now. Was actually laughing at the timing before I knew it's an error with the event.

They temporarily locked the quest. Looks like they know the issue and is fixing it right away.

Lol They just removed the NPC for the instance, so I think they're working on fixing it right now!
