PLEASE GIVE MIDLANDER'S SCRUFF FROM TRAILER FOR EXPANSION

I really would love to be able to have far more scruff like this in the trailer, more than just the weird peach fuzz stache and chin scruff. So please Square, give us the look that you have given the WoL in the trailers, I want that full face scruff. It would make me endlessly grateful, I throw all my money at you already and I would gladly continue to do so.

I literally only made an account to post about this.

I understand it may not be a huge thing for everyone, I just feel as though many of the customization options for some races could be tweaked to be better and on the same level of interest when adding other races into the game.

But as I said, this is not a huge issue, just something I think would be super easy for SE to implement and I would be endlessly happy if they would.

haha square has been trolling midlanders for years now, they've been shown with scruff for years in trialers and no such option in game XD

This is incredibly important to me. Please make it so!

Better yet, make every facial-hair-having race able to use said scruff.
Really, though. Seriously, there just aren't enough facial hair options in this game.

I think significant changes are unlikely until they make the decision to upgrade the graphics engine and convert existing asset models to high res ones, but incremental updates until such a time may well be on the table.

I'm also in support of giving this option to midlanders, and generally races with facial hair.

I'm not entirely sure this would even be considered a significant change though. But I understand about other things, this would really just be changing facial stuff that wouldn't interrupt helmets really, etc. But progress is progress and if we get it"eventually" that is fine, I just would love it asap.

Yes, I wouldn't lump it in as a significant change, either. I'd consider it an incremental addition.

Coming back out of my hole to support this thread. The hair style and scruff the midlander had in the trailer is a huge want on my end. I don't get why we have been waiting this long for one.

Available on 5.0 release on Mogstation please look forward to it. lol

More beards in general would be most welcomed imo.

I been playing Highlander for so long I think at this point eyebrows would look strange on him! :P

I would definitely appreciate more beard options for my elezen. At the moment the only option he has is disney villain.

I don't get it though. I see the midlander has the hairstyle and scruff from the cinematic trailer in the 4.5 preview video. If it is technically already made, then shouldn't they go all out and distribute these?

That looks HELLA +1 I always find myself annoyed when making a male character, either have to choose between full on beard or hardly anything at all.

((Tbh I wouldn't mind facial hair even for the female models but that's not going to happen in this century /sob ))

More options are always good, I've wanted something closer to my chinstripe for quite a while :D

Do want, would love to give my elf a bit of scruff without having a full beard, the fact that facial hair is tied to race and face type is a really aggravating restriction, nice beards exist in game already, its just that some races can't use them for whatever reason.

Yes, please. May we have this scruff. Square-Enix? One of the reasons I chose the older Midlander face is because of his beard. I cannot say I'm a fan of my unconnected 'stache though. --And while we're at it, can you give us Cid Garlond's beard?
