There are a host of fantastic glamour items that aren't class specific and can be used to create really interesting and distinct designs.
Not talking about those here. :P
This is just an open invitation to share which job-specific item set you like the most! Multiple answers are okay especially if it's different answers for different jobs.

Not as into the default colors, but it dyes insanely well. As a complete set it can look interesting imo but I especially love the way every piece can be divided and paired with other elements.

BRD’s Stormblood AF gear. I’m in love with that coat.

I also really like the AST Stormblood AF gear, and the tank set from Orbonne (Agrias’ gear). -

I'd have to say that I really liked the Bonewicca Black Mage gear from Swallow's Compass and the White Mage gear for BoneWicca isn't all that bad either.
I did like the Plague Bringer's jacket for Black Mage as well and I was using that for a while, unfortunately though, I hate the rest of the set, lol. -

I love the Doman (Asuran) sets from HW, they're my go-to or temporary glamour for most classes until I piece together a more individual look.
The only jobs I specifically don't like using them on are SAM, MCH and DRG because they clash with my aesthetic for the jobs. -

I've always loved this look since most of the pieces debuted at the beginning of Heavensward. It would be the same for caster, but I really don't like how the boots and leather bag are a very dark purple.

I absolutely love the Carborundum healer set. For my SCH anyway as my healers all have very different glamours. I think the metallic pieces on the gloves, legs, and boots are a nice touch. I did replace the body piece with the company tabard dyed jet black as I adore the satchel and the 'formal' look to round things out, and I always use the Elegant rimless glasses for my SCH. I am however using the Carborundrum body piece for my AST.

Been using the Artisan's boots since it came out in Heavensward (Yes, even suffering through getting enough scripts just to get them). They're the only pair of thigh boots that has a heel (but not too high) that is not restricted to DoM classes (Thank god they came out before Storm blood) and the buckles are a nice touch (Only major flaw is the colored sole). I have this on about 90% of my catgirl's outfits.

I fell in love with the Shisui Castor and heeaer sets, and those my permanent red mage and white mage glams now. is sometime the really skimpy but that's just a really beautiful set to wear, it is my favorite dungeon.
Also the chivalrous anemos set is my favorite artifact set for Paladin and man does look good in black. -

I loved the Lv50 Summoner dress-and-coat as soon as I got it, but was never keen on any of the bits that went with it - mismatched gloves and open-fronted boots - so I substituted other pieces in the right colours.

Lv60 Aoidos Bard set - though again I substituted the mismatched gloves, and also added the skirt over the pants, dyed to match the undershirt so it looks like a longer tunic.

For glamour purposes though, my most used piece would probably be either the Archoeskin Boots (I love knee high black leather boots in rl and these have heels!), and the Spring Skirt (it's feminine, long but not too long, can be worn on any class/Job and just goes so well with everything). Most of my glams have one or both these pieces in them usually (the later particularly is an essential part of my main PLD glamour). :)
