Seraphim alone has a large EU base in it. I know there are plenty more. I really think of Mysidia as an International Server. No matter when I play, there's people on.

Aye, I know at least 10 people from Mysidia that are from EU, and that's just off the top of my head. I doubt you'll have any problem finding an EU playerbase here in Gungnir! ^^

Quite a few folks in my current Linkshell are based in the EU, myself included (UK specifically). Quite a few French folks around from what I've seen, not sure if they will relocate or what have you - I feel very few will minus those who just haven't had any luck meeting other players in their time zone.
