Preorders up

Preorders are up, store is not responding.......

Having the same issue. Managed to put game into cart and now its stuck trying to load the cart. Telling me server is down.

I got as far as getting it in my cart then the site died.

As usual, so many folks trying to hit up the store it cant handle it. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. You'd think they'd make arrangements for it in advance

Seems the site volume is murdering the store's servers...

Store servers down, they don't want our money XD

This is a stellar example of a DDOS attack by the well-meaning playerbase trying to give the company our monies for their new product. XD

Added expansion to cart, and then get a Webserver Host error when I try to checkout.
Honestly, I should have expected this to happen... Idk why I’m actually surprised.

EDIT: Got my order placed. Got the confirmation screen. Order isn’t showing up in my history, and no confirmation email. Sigh...

Is there any rush to doing it immediately today though, I mean there is plenty of time to preorder. The congestion is expected to be honest, so not surprised.

Got to login screen and its giving me a 404 error for the cart. It doesn't even exist. Lol.

I got mine pre-ordered! yay!

I finally got in and got my copy ordered. \o/

Though I'm a bit worried. Didn't get a confirmation email.

Mine went through finally. Looks like the login was slammed but once I got past that it went fine.

Meh, seems I'll need to go through the Playstation store if I only want the digital collector's edition. You'd think that the main SE shop would have both the physical and digital versions available, but guess not. As much as I'd love the physical goodies, $200 is a bit too rich for my blood at the moment.

The digital CE version is on the SE store, try hovering over the item. It should show up in a dropdown list.

If we pre-order the physical collector's edition for steam, do we get a code to be able to still play it?

You will get an early access invite, but you will need to activate with actual code once it goes live for real, usually with a 4-5 day grace period.

I know the Windows version doesn't come with a disc, so I'd assume the Steam version would be the same. You'll get a code instead.

Sh-t, so if you don't choose something like 1-2 day shipping you may be kicked out before your package gets there?

We already own a Heavensward and Stormblood edition.
So by right shouldn't we purchasing a Shadowbringer standalone edition?

Why must we re-purchase the entire version which everything including, why are we paying for extra which we already having heavensward and stormblood? Shouldn't it be slightly cheaper to purchase Shadowbringer alone?

I personally think, they should sell in 3 different version

01) Heavensward + Stormblood
02) Shadowbringer Alone ( Expansion for those who already own [ 01 ] - Pre-Purchase )
03) Heavensward + Stormblood + Shadowbringer ( Pre-Purchase )

Make more sense?

I mean over the time after the launch you can bundle them up for all you want. But for those already having heavensward and stormblood. shouldn't we having a option for just purchase shadowbringer alone, not to mention if our account can play from PC and PS4, we need to purchase 2 FULL copies at the Full prices. Is that how SE treats their loyal customer who been with them for a long time?

It's...40 dollars, that's literally the same price or cheaper than other huge MMOs charge like WoW or GW2, probably a few others. They're just including those with it if they're needed

Meanwhile EU account me getting every payment method rejected or giving error and I'm like ... SE, I have the money, please I just want to preorder!! _(:,3 」∠)_

Actually, it would be the same price if they didn't include them. Heavsward was 40 at launch for example, and it did not include ARR.

This is just them being nice, and only making new players pay for the base game and the most recent expansion to get all of the content.

If it's suppose to be nice for new player and giving away free that heavensward and Stormblood for new players. the prices is only for shadowbringer. I would accept and think it's nice.
If that was their thinking. I guess I have no more objection XD. I will pay. ( It is always nice to see new players to join the community, so free for them on the previous version is really great )

The other thing I would want to ask is. The mount and minion is useable right now after I apply the code or still got to wait until pre-launch then I can apply?

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I've hovered over everything and nothing comes up. Most I've seen is an option for the platform and the edition, but not the format...

Have to wait until launch for the mount and the Wind-Up Fran. The pre-order items (Baby Gremlin and Aetheryte Earring) will be available sometime in March if you register your pre-order bonus code.

For those sitting at a congratulations screen and not seeing there order show up on the orders page.

Just hold on a bit longer. ^_^

I was in the same boat for about 30 min before I then received the confirmation e-mail and it finally showing up on my Orders page.

So don't be scared. Seems it's just taking the orders a while to process, probably cause of the heavy traffic.

Will we be able to teleport to friends who are wearing the aetheryte earrings? Once per 30 mins seems fair.

It took me awhile to get my order through when the preorders went live. I was logged in and everything but the site kept freezing up which led me to log in and out repeatedly...and the farthest I could get is adding things to my cart. After awhile I couldn't even log in. About 20 minutes later I was able to get my order processed, and even made changes to my order, with little to no issues.

Has anyone recieved their confirmation email?
I preordered about 20mins ago, but nothing.

It took about 20-30 min for my email to come through. Then I had to do some verification process which completed the order.
