The big question: since I'm assuming the Regalia will be a flying mount, will it transform like in XV?

I think that reveal struck me in the heart.

If they said "reward" right.. then the mount should be available in game too...??

I love they do use Garuda from FF XV for this Event :)

its pretty ugly but the trade off of me and my EB being able to shuttle most of our FC to hunts is worth the eyesore :P

Rathalos mount is tied to a trial too, doesn't mean there's not grinding involved. The difference is that content will be available as long as the servers are live, and the FFXV event is likely for a limited time only.

If Regalia is an easy unlock, I'll eat my hat, but I seriously doubt they wouldn't make the very first 4-person mount very difficult to obtain.

Edit: Thinking about it again, it's highly likely that the FFXV event will be permanent, like GARO and Monster Hunter are.

I'm sad that the 1st 4 seater we'll get has to be from that thing.

I would have loved the chocobo carriage.

All of the multiperson mounts are one-size-fits-all. They mentioned in the live letter that Lalafell can't reach the steering wheel (and will need a booster seat?)

I mean.. with FFXV being as bad it has been, and all it's DLC being cancelled.. it was only a matter of time before it came to XIV so it could prop it up and encourage sales. We never seem to get an FF series crossover with a title that doesn't need a boost in it's sales; for those ones, we just get mogshop items because the popularity of the original title alone will get people to buy the merch.

Don't like the car itself, but it's great to see them introducing a 4-seater mount ^_^

Now, does it crash and kill everyone if you try to land it when it' not at the perfect angle or taps a pebble on the road?

Anywho, I'm looking forward to which weapon gets assigned to which job. Some are pretty obvious and others make me scratch my chin.

This is a great announcement. Although I'm not a fan of FFXV, I liked their car and I hope he could get their outfits too.

I expect this to happen because at the end of FFXV version of the cross-over events, Noctis went missing for a few moments which hinted he may have entered Eorzea for a certain amount of time before returning.
