ok I got kicked out of Novice network

I mean, not the end of life but,

I made a joke, because a girl in NN said all chickens are girls (obv), I said, omg you assumed a chickens gender ( as a joke, I mean roosters rights?) now I am banned from novice network. I messaged SE and said , what is up, why did I get banned, no go.

Wold is messed up.

well, I was one of the only people who would actually help people. I guess I am not sensitive to whatever.

If you were kicked by a mentor it's only a temporary ban but you have to rejoin the chat manually. If you are not a mentor you need to be invited again.

If you are a mentor and had a returner status that expired, you have to reobtain your mentorship at an adventurers' guild. I had this happen to me.

Or were you removed by a GM? In that case you're probably not getting back in the network.

lost all my fc, no one plays anymore, so NN was my FC, now im kicked, why play this game?

Then you probably weren't kicked for your joke. The returner status expires automatically after a while.

The good news is that you can become a mentor and get permanent access to the chat. You need 300 commendations, 1000 dungeons and a job for all 3 roles at level 70. You can track your progress through some achievements.

idk, I am too scared to say more from being ostracized from the community.

Actually it's still 60 and there is the crafting/gathering route but many don't go that way.

all my crafters are 70, working on gatherers. Brynhildr has changed tho, and idk, we are moving servers now maybe that will be good.

You dont want to stay there anyway.

but, I have no friends in game.... NN is my only group of people, I can't sell my FC or people will hate me. If I give it up a medium house and a rank 8 FC feels like, a waste...

1) If no one is in your FC anymore, who would be there to hate you?

2) If you want to keep the FC and the house, but would like to join another FC, make an alt-character, put him (or her) into that old FC - maybe even promote them to leader - and go and join another FC. Log in with your alt on occassion (aka: at least every 30 days) to keep the leader-rank and to enter the house to keep it.

3) Recruit for your FC!

4) Find Linkshells to join!

5) Become a mentor yourself - you might qualify for the crafting/gathering one already - and re-join the NN.

What if you create an alt and transfer the leadership to them? That way your main could at least be free.

My experience with NN is that it's useless & just a meme channel for mentors.

Most "mentors" just view it as a status symbol, not a place to actually be helpful to others when it's needed.

Of all the mentors in there on my server, there's only maybe about 15 or so that ever actually talk.

Well, that joke is bad and you should feel bad for making it.

There's no single Novice Network that you can judge - it's world-specific and not connected to other networks. The value will vary from server to server. That said, it's probably another one of those things where the Japanese community approach gives it a different vibe.

Typhon is mostly quiet, with the occasional post in Japanese, but I think I've only answered one English question the whole time I've been on it. Inviting new people without being asked seems to be frowned upon though, at least in the English subset of mentors, so I don't think we actually get a lot of new players coming in.

Aegis is busier but it's entirely in Japanese so I have no idea what they're talking about, and whether it's newbie questions or a mentor chat channel.

I see one on my server kicked everyday. Think it is only a 4 hour ban then can rejoin it again. Not sure how loose your returner or new player status. I have alt that's finished arr and hw that's just start stormblood and still has new player leaf.

I feel like being a little ostracizing today...
