From each of us on the Community Team, we would first like to take a moment to applaud everyone for the laughs, the touching moments, and overall brilliance of each of the entries in the contest. The creativity that was on display was simply astonishing and far beyond what we were expecting! It took quite a bit of work to choose just three winners from the list of amazing entries. So once again, thank you to everyone that entered! Your creativity was a true inspiration and we hope to see it again in future contests! :)

Whatever your choice, it’s fine with me, I support your decision, wholeheartedly. As long as we’re together, everything will be fine. Which is why I ask... will you be mine? You don’t have to answer me right away, take some time to figure out the words to say. Just know that you’ll be with me, even when you’re not around. Those were amusing. I'm not sure why the Grand Prize one got the win to be honest. I wanted to see the mosshorn mootacular letter of udder love win. Every moo, every mrooooo just tugged away, begging for the nutrients of desire to flow forth. But alas, the courier probably got gored and the letter an afternoon snack for mosshorn. Damnit I want some milk now.

Some are asking why the first place letter won... speak to the NPC that it was wrote to and you may understand. He actually listened to what the NPC says and wrote it based on that. Including the NPC's words on how they love weaving into the letter on how he/she love the NPC. Very similar to a Go From First Line to Last Line Poem. I think thats why they chose it

I didn't expect to win, either. I probably did win because I included all of the lines that my beloved NPC says. I also used a play on Rumplestilskin and referenced Nymeia (my NPC also spins a wheel). It was also probably more of a love letter whereas a lot of letters were either limericks or novels. It wasn't as funny as others, but Square Enix knows quality over quantity, which is almost NEVER the case!

I'd like to thank all of the little people... Wapi, Gyo, Defu and the other lalafells... all of the S and M-sized Miqo'te... but this is about me- I'm so special. When my moogle plushy arrives, I'm going to imbue it with the power of my love and dissect it into 7 parts, scattering them across the globe. When brought together again, it was transform into the Wandering Odin and re-shape Eorzea into an entirely new world through the sheer strength of its' will! MWAHAHAHA! PRAISE ME!
