Shadowbringers: The most important questions that no one ask

I have 4 question:

1: Will Brother Magnai EVER get a girlfriend? Or will Sadu eventually give in and marry him?

2:Who is the top 3 to most likely to die in this (expansion?)?

3:Will the Buduga ever succeed on kidnapping Hien or Cirina get to him first?

4:Is there any chance of a romance between Brayflox Alltalks and that mysterious Roegadyn?

see i agree some of these are burning questions i don't see Sadu giving in at all to marry Magnai. but yes i want to know are they gonna have constant where you hear about or try and prevent Hien's kidnapping

No, because this wouldn't be fun. It's a common JRPG trope to have two characters who are rivals but are clearly in love but don't want to show it. It's like Helga and Arnold. We love their interactions and this would be lost if they gave in and came together. It's more comedic to keep them going at it.

As for who is most likely to die? Who knows. Perhaps Thancred, since he's been there since the beginning and he's been protecting Minfilia since 1.0. Moreover, his background is extremely mysterious and we have no idea where he comes from. He's definitely hiding something (or many things) similar to Yda/Lyse. I think he will be our guy this expansion like Lyse was in 4.0 and we're going to be learning a lot more about him. Perhaps he's an heir to Garlemald (not all Garleans have a 3rd eye btw).

Also I think Paplymo will return eventually. He was consumed by the Tupsimati when binding Shinryu but there was never any burial or anything. Also, nobody knows what happened to Tupsimati after that day, so it's likely he will return at some point.

Well i think the person who was with Thancred will have more impact. After watching the trailer there are 3 conclusion i have.
First its either one of the twins but with amnesia (Don't hate me i just think that is)
Second Someone from another world like Unukalhai.
And the third....Who knows maybe someone from the past or future. It wouldn't be the first time this happens in a game of FF.

Maybe thancred is the kirk of final fantasy and it's his daughter he never told us he had.

Lets be real and look at the real issue going on here.

He is changing his job in the middle of the fight.

We should be allowed to do that now that it has shown that standard Hyur man was able to do it.

No that would only result in a massive healt drop depending the class you choose. No the real questions are what i asked not this.

Alphinaud must die. The rest are minor things to worry about.

Here's the real question.

When the hell do we kill Lolorito?

Well no one actually died in Stormblood apart from that Ala Mhigan Resistance guy we all forgot about 5 minutes later.
I'm actually more comfortable with killing no one than killing everyone but in fact they are not dead, just wandering about somewhere else and had no means to tell you because they don't have 4G or WiFi.

But I kinda hope Krile will die eaten by a mob she would have pulled on her way to one of Eureka's NM, in a dead instance.

And I hope the Trust system will allow me to marry Hien.

Sadu won't hook up with Magnai because over him, she much prefers
1. His axe
2. Y'shtola

Well, it is a tradition to kill off a Lalafell at the end of every expansion, so I'm all for it.

Why hate Lolorito? I like the cham myself.

We're going to die. As in the Warrior of Light. That New Game+ is mandatory and how we become the Warrior of Dark. We linked the bonfire last we gotta not do that this cycle.

It would make sense to kill Alisaie. Her character doesn't have that much potential and a lot of people like her, so her death will have some impact.

Now I know I'll never get a girlfriend but if Magnai just simmers his celestial body sized ego down a bit, I'm sure his advances wouldn't go complete supernova in his face. Poor Little Sun.

Will Brother Magnai ever give in and realize he wants Sadu to stomp all over him? ...is kind of the vibe I get from those two, rather than Sadu 'giving in' and marrying him.

Sadu was enjoying the fight a little *too* much.

I thought Sadu was more interested in me...only because I could stand up to her and prove a worthy adversary. She seemed to be really enjoying that fight. I don't think the Little Sun could handle that kind of passion.

Don't say that, there are far more likeable Lalafell characters than unlikeable ones, so I'd rather not tempt fate in the hope it's Lolorito. You know he'd weasel his way out of it anyway.

Magnai and Sadu are boring. If we're going to get more "eternally doomed romance" subplots I want more of Carvallain and Rhoswen first, Emmanellain and Laniaitte second.

As much as I dislike him, and as shady as he is, Lolorito is at least somewhat useful. If a Lala has to be killed, make it Yuyuhase. That treacherous, grinning tool needs a reckoning.

I'm expecting the newer, more interesting characters that may surface to die while the remaining Scions continue to go about their business while lacking much personality at all. At this point I'd prefer to be a lone wolf story wise.

Its not like the so called warior of light have much of a personality aside from standing dumbly at the sideline and trying to look like someone who understands what happening around him. I mean we are literally the brawn of the scions. Dumb like a rock. I can actually count how many times we didn't do anything until someone got killed or someone said something to us to do something. Quite sad really...

Yeah, but we can at least roleplay that we care. They've come a long way with allowing us to speak our minds through dialogue, but I think more could still be done.

The issue is that they're both too powerful and prideful to ever give in and let another be the dominant one in a relationship.

Forget what I just said. You've convinced me!

I do hope we at least get a MSQ section where both of them are in the party and are forced to work together, but they bicker and argue the whole time (and are forced to admit each other's skills at the end).
