FC update when?

So its been like 5 years now.

Does anyone know when SE plans on updating or I don't know maybe even fixing the issues that FCs have?

Like chest permissions, promoting to higher ranks, not being able to access your FC room to demolish it so you can leave?

Or you know that FC alliance system they were talking about ages and ages ago, or maybe some QoL updates like more chest tabs or hell even just some more ranks.

Will accept "x.x" or "They are working on it "Please look forward to it"" or "They already fixed "y"" as adequate responses.

The chest permissions and promoting to higher ranks they've basically said "not our problem, deal with it yourself". Not sure if they've ever said anything about the room demolition or even the FC Alliance that they mentioned way back in 2.0 I wanna say? But then again, they cut out/butchered so much promised content...

Diadem - DoA
Eureka/4.0 Relic - Horrible, will die as soon as 5.0 hits
World Primal Summons - mentioned, never elaborated after 2.0 release
Housing - Just... so bad... (saying this as someone that owns land)

I'm sure others that pay a lot more attention to panels/Live Letters/etc could add more to the list of forgotten things

I believe one can already access their FC private chambers so it can be demolished and then leave the FC....
Would be nice to activate a third buff/action as you can only have 2 FC actions active in a given time...

Unless they changed it... there's an option to be able to access the estate grounds. If you're denied that permission on your rank, you can't enter the estate to access your room to remove the furniture to be able to demolish the room to be able to leave the FC. It can be used as a trapping mechanism.

Oh so they fixed that now? That's good if its the case, I wasn't aware either way.
Last I checked it was still possible to be locked out of the house so you couldn't get to it to demolish.

Failing 3 buffs/actions I'd at least like to be able to sink FC seals into the tier 3 wheels to crank them out faster and have something to spend seals on. ;A;

What's wrong with this? I find this pretty easy to deal with. My problem with the fc chest is the stupidly small amount of storage.

Again how is this an issue? Is it bugged or something?

Not saying what you brought up aren't issues, as it could be as simple as that I haven't encountered the problems myself. I would be grateful if you elaborated on why these two things are problematic.

The fact that you can deny members access to the fc house is baffling to me. No healthy fc would ever lock out their members. I struggle to figure out why SE thought we needed this. It's very anti-social and it can literally prevent people from being able to leave the fc (assuming it has not yet been fixed).

Yea SE expressed interest in fc alliances but we heard nothing more since. I hope it hasn't been scrapped.

We definitely need more chest space and more ranks. The chest space especially needs attention because this game has a tremendous amount of crafting materials. It's impossible to keep even just the rare stuff in one tab.

What I would really like to get is more fc ranks, and by that I mean the rank of the fc itself. Additional ranks could give us more fc chest space, more member ranks, more company action slots for active and saved actions, access to additional goodies bought with company credits, and maybe even better buffs for the crafting stations.

There should be an officer chat channel by default. Of course you can just make a ls for it but it's quite crappy because a function that should be part of the fc robs you of a ls slot.

There should also be an option to prevent anyone blacklisted by the fc master to enter the fc house and using the friends of fc members teleport. There needs to be a way to prevent unwelcome players from entering the house without denying access to friends of the fc.

The fact that its so limited, there should be at the bare minimum IMO a set amount of gil/crystals a rank can withdraw within a given day/week even if they can't do the same for items. Granted this is the most minor of my complaints due to the storage size we are talking about. But other games can do these things and 5 years later I'd like to think we'd at least have some kind of update to the FC chest.

Agreed, its also annoying not to just have a option to jump inside to your FC chamber somewhere in the game.

Ah yes, controlling how much can be withdrawn from the chest. Some poor fc leader has just posted a thread related to this. A new member stole everything they could get their hands on and because it's not against the ToS they can do nothing about it. If fc leaders could set a cap based on rank it would greatly deter thieves if they had to be a member of the fc for quite a while before being trusted with large withdrawal permissions.

o.O I had no idea this was even a thing. I suppose this can be controlled by only giving promotion rights to high ranks? But that still doesn't change how silly it is that someone can promote themselves.

Wouldn't surprise me if alliances have been scrapped entirely.

The original concept of the alliances was so smaller free companies could work together on free company content.

But as there's still no free company content there's no need for alliances.

The ONLY reason I can see the need for this, is if you are setting up an FC scavenger hunt of "Find this item!"...even then it's pushing it....definitely something that NEEDS to be fixed(I've never had that situation personally, but don't doubt it is a fairly stupid setting...).

Even if they changed it so you can be at the FC house front door to be able to demolish your room(where all your furnishing goes to apartment storage or the item reclaim NPC if you can't get into the room itself).
