Any way to do Savage duties without Duty Finder? It's literally imposible to find a party and do it, after 40/50 m of waiting i literally close the game and i want to unistall.
How i supposed to do end-game content if the Duty Finder can't find a party?
In the Party Finder all the parties ask for 360+ ilevel, so how i supposed to get that gear if i can't progress doing Savage and getting the items to get better gear?
I can only get 450 Genesis per week, that is 1 acc, i can't break the 355 ilevel barrier because of that. All the gear with Mendecy is 360 ilevel but you can't buy the weapon WITHOUT doing Sigmascape Savege....................
Last time, like 1 year ago i stopped playing for this exact problem, and now, 1 year later it's exactly the same, you're STUCK if you're a solo player and can't do nothing about it

No, you will not get Savage queues to pop in Duty Finder—Savage is not designed for Duty Finder.
If you have the floor unlocked, you can make a Party Finder for it.
Which floors are you looking to do? After you run through the normal modes of both Deltascape and Sigmascape, you can accept a subsequent quest from the little Magitek terminal in Rhalgr’s to unlock the Savage versions of both tiers. Since those are both older tiers, the floors are all automatically unlocked for you, and you no longer have to progress and clear them in order to get to the next one. That only applies to Alphascape Savage, which is the current tier.
If you are looking to get a i360 Mendacity weapon, you can do Sigmascape V4.0 (Normal) for 4 Sigmascape Crystalloids. 4 of those Cyrstalloids + 1,000 Mendacity will give you the i360 weapon, and there is no weekly restriction on the Crystalloids, so you can just do the floor 4 times in a row. Run Rabanastre and Ridorana once each for their respective coins and trade them in to one of the vendors in Rhalgr’s for the Solvent to upgrade it to i370.
But you should honestly look into buying either an i380 crafted weapon, or clearing Suzaku Ex for an i385 weapon if you are looking to do current Savage—Mendacity weapons are outdated, and they will hinder your progression through the last two floors (O9S and O10S are easily clearable with last tier’s BiS).
There are no restrictions on farming Mendacity for i360 and farming Rabanastre and Ridorana for their respective coins to trade in for the Polish (right-side and belt upgrade) and the Weave (left-side upgrade), so you can get i370 with enough tomestone grinding for it. Or you can purchase i380 HQ crafted gear. You should already be spending Genesis on i390 gear for your main class that you are looking to raid with.
Gearing up is relatively simple, but you have to be willing to put in the time for it. Sigmascape Savage is not the only place to get i370 gear anymore.
You cannot join those PFs because the owner has specifically set it up for only players that have previously cleared have the ability to join. If you want to clear any content, you need to either make your own Party Finder with no prior clear restriction, or search for one that is labeled [Duty Completion]. The [Duty Complete] tag is explicitly for farming content, not for learning and first-time clears.Quote:

I wanted to add though that you CAN use the Raid Finder but the NA/EU datacentres greatly prefer to recruit through the Party Finder instead. JP centres use the RF more often so it does work as intended, but the PF is more recommended. -

All floors, all savage. I CAN'T do ANY savage in the Duty Finder i literally queue for 4 or 5 floors at the same time, everything has the same estimated time, 30m+. And in the Party Finder i have that issue i told you before.

Ok this is the info i need it, cuz Normal i can find without any problem, need to farm that.
EX has the same problem that Savage, i can't do it exactly for the reason i told you before, 30m+ queue and Party Finder imposible to enter, 360+ ilevel.

The system is fine. the problem is the community. and its mentality.
i would put money on the raid finder being used a hell of a lot more if the average level of player skill was higher and players weren't always trying to get carried.
in a way all you need to do is look at how the east use it.. they use it more than PF because of attitudes overthere. noone joins a party they dont feel they can contribute to. where as over here people will join anything in the hopes of getting carried. -

Its content meant for players that are looking for special challanges. You have to learn before you can farm it. Experienced players may need some hours. Others need days or weeks to learn. You need time for that. If you are not very experienced in this kind of content, you will need alot of time.
In this screenshot its clearly described: Farm Party. These parties want people to farm and not people that have to learn the fight.
And for Savage: Sigmascape is outdated content. Current one is Alphascape. For outdated content you will rarely find people to learn this stuff as long there is more current content to do.
Same as for the trials, Savage is not meant to get entered like an Dungeon. Its also meant to learn first, as Savage is even more challanging than trials. In most cases this type of content is done by premade parties called "static". Thats a group of people who play together over month to learn, clear and farm the Savage content. Not only learning the content. Also learning to play your class as good as possible.
Most players (more than 90%) will not finish the Savage content, as they don't want to learn or don't have the patience to learn their class and the content to a level of player quality you need to do it. -

I know others have already mentioned making your own PF group, but if you've yet to try any of the fights I recommend you ensure you set these as [Practice] parties at first until you've learned enough of the fight to know it pretty well from start to end. Once you're confident enough, you can set up a [Duty Completion] group and try to get your first clear. After that, you'll free to create/join [Duty Completed] groups at your leisure. Just make sure to be clear in your description of what you're looking to do. Once you have your party, if you set up the PF, you can begin the fight through the Raid Finder. Also, a good tip for when you're doing a weekly clear: If you want to ensure no one has cleared for the week that may deny you 2/2 chests for your clear, set the Raid Finder to Duty Incomplete. If anyone's cleared, the instance will not start and will warn you someone doesn't meet those requirements.
As for why you'd be doing PF over queuing for Raid Finder, it's mostly a cultural thing, if you will. Japanese players seem to actually favor pugging through Raid Finder if they don't have groups of their own, but other players tend to prefer making their own parties in PF on their own specific terms, or so I've heard. In short, on NA/EU data centers, you'll have better odds of finding a group in the PF because that's how our playerbase prefers it. Another important thing to note: At this time, you cannot simply enter any Savage Alphascape fight in any order you like. If you want to get the full rewards, you MUST enter each one in order starting from O9S onward. Otherwise, if you start from say O10S you will be locked out of O9S until the reset, and will lose out on both the weekly book token and your gear drops in that fight! This happens whether or not you clear the later fight, so be wary of that. As for gear, the others have it covered it seems: between Alphascape normal trade-ins, Suzaku EX, tomestones, and crafted gear if you have the gil, you should easily be able to make it to at least i380. Id just like to point that duty finder doesn't work for savage only in NA and EU server, works quite fine on in JP.
It's only a matter of prople queuing or not, and here (NA/EU) people simply don't queue.
While I understand the desire to make specific party for specific progression phase for the latest boss, I don't really understand why people don't queue for things such a regular suzaku farm.
Usually people simply wait for the group to fill up and start the instance, I don't see how that's different from a regular dungeon, you don't check who you're teaming up with, you just queue when the party is full. -

Not sure if anyone dropped this in here, but Eureka is another way to progress from ilvl 355. Grinding in Pyros can give you an ilvl 385 wpn and all the left side pieces (minus the belt) at ilvl 380. It's a grind so it takes a bunch of time, but quite easy to do. Once your min. Ilvl for alphascape normal modes you can easily get acc and belt pieces from the first and second floors over a few weeks, since they are still restricted weekly. This is an extremely slow way to do things, but still a viable one. Especially since Eureka is immediately available once opened, and normal alphascape pops fairly quickly even for dps.
