Modern Aesthetics – Strife.... WHAT!!!

As the title says, I just found out that some people at the Fanfests will get Cloud Strife's haircut in-game.

Soooo, will I be able to buy this from the MogStation day and date with the Fanfest Minions?

Since its a prize in a contest, I doubt it will end up on the mogstation. (It would defeat the purpose of "winning" a little bit, you know?)

I rather expect it to be used as prize in further contest that you can take part in without having to leave your house, so all further screenshot/ingame contests.

I'm looking forward to the Calamity.

The thing that has me going “WHATT!!!!” Is that after all that moogle drama last month they’re still offering the scarf as one of the prizes.

Hahahaha, if what you suggest is what ends up happening, I am ok with it. As long as we all have the same opportunity to earn it, and there are many many opportunities for it.

Calamity is una-void-able.

I'm hoping that it'll be available through other means further down the line. Not everybody can participate in the contests, after all, depending on which country they reside in.

That the scarf is still used as a prize actually amuses me greatly - "Here, if you missed out on spending gil on it, well, ehm... you can now keep your fingers crossed to win it!"

This already looks like one of these contests o.ô;

It doesn't say you have to go to the fanfest to participate, just send a screenshot and what items you have used and some blabla and that's it. Only the voting is at the fanfest.

well recently they put some of the prizes in just a vendor with the toaist moogle
it will probably be there not anytime soon or but it will be there one day.

I get the feeling the old rewards will be phased out and this is the first of a new batch. We were able to buy several older contest rewards from the moogles recently, so this kind of furthers the theory.

Eh, it's a cool hairstyle. But I probably wouldn't use it much even on a male character. If there's a way to get it in-game or on the mogstation in the future though? Sure, I may snag it. But it's not something I absolutely need to have. Cloud's bike on the other hand...I don't think I'll ever throw my money at them so fast as I will the day they put it up for sale. Glad it'll be making an appearance on the mogstation at some point.

Several rewards from the Moogles? Excuse me?

The only item the Moogles gave was the Scarf of Wondrous Wit. Gaelicap, Ahriman Choker, Mandragora Choker, Noble Barding, and Bluebird Earrings are all still locked behind contests.
