Just posting here to confirm that, yes SE, it is not some small localized problem and yes, it is a problem and not a few people hallucinating.
Adding to the list. Fix this please. Stop denying there is a problem. This is affecting hundreds of players now.
Completely unacceptable for the EU servers to become unplayable this often.
Affecting everyone on Chaos probably. I was mid-dungeon when this happened too. -_- Now would be a brilliant time for Square to start working on a second EU server if they haven't already. It's ALWAYS Chaos! Considering how many people play this game in the EU, you'd think they'd put more effort into taking good care of it. The EU is large enough to warrant a second server, especially if NA can have two! Deal with it Square! With the amount of money going into this game, you can and SHOULD be taking better care of the EU data centre! Take good care of it and add another one!
It's a huge issue, and it's happening WAAAYYY too many times than is acceptable ever. DEAL WITH IT SQUARE.
Game is literally impossible to play, you get disconnected every 3-5mins and you can't log back in, happened to different people on different places, even to 2 guys that live in the same place and 1 got booted while the other was fine, so no ISP issue here, just bad servers. Please this is inacceptable for a monthly subscription game.
I have seem mass people dc'd in suzaku ex today and static member cant log in now. since 4.4 i have very lag in alpha savage too especially O11S is awful lag. What's going on chaos DC? This bad connection affects our progression people get stressful and waste time please fix it SE.
Adding my voice to this - happened 2 days ago to me, and now me and most my fc (from all over europe) tonight. We are either not getting into the data center or when we do, get booted out. Pretty much ruined our one night we can all get together.
Experienced this 2 days ago and today. Saw the entire alliance get DC symbols. It seems to happen during peak hours too.
yet another day where cannot log in. PLEASE fix this. not fair people are paying subs and fees for things like retainers and you cant even accept there is a problem. this is negligence to the consumer as a company who supplies a service. think you owe the whole EU an apology, either money back or upgrade the EU servers.

Monday I was the only one in my fc with issues, today nobody could stay connected. That's 2 evenings in one week where I haven't been able to do a thing.
Adding my vote here, 3 days in a row with the same problem. It's starting to get annoying -.-
Hope this gets fixed ASAP, lost two raid days to it so far this week.

But as a paying customer at this point in time after it happening 3 days in a row in the evening (about the only time those working 9-5 can play), what we really want to know is not who's fault it is, but what is being done to fix this problem.
Even if the issue is the ISP, it is still Square Enix responsibility to ensure the availability of the service, so we expect to hear about how you worked with the ISP to make sure it does no happen again, change the ISP altogether, or some other solution my limited understanding of the issue might miss.
I think we also should start discussing about compensation, since its been 3 days in a row where we have been unable to play a service we paid for.
Thanks for your answer. But after 3 days with these problems with the same ISP, Square-Enix should be working to fix this issue by changing provider. I have the luck to stay connected with these issues, but if 5 members of my static can't play another raid day is lost. And it seems that always happen when most of the EU players want to play, just when they come back from work.
I know that you as mod, probably you are from europe too, maybe? You should be agreed that Square-Enix should be investing all its efforts (change provider, more redundant connection infraestructure, etc). Even it's more, your data center as far as I know it's located in Germany, and from Spain most of the users are getting 120 ms ping... so It's blunt that something isn't working fine with Data Center infraestructure. And I say that, because other games with data centers located in germany goes by 50/60 ms, no 120ms. Please Square-Enix, you can fix it, you should fix it.
I know that it isn't your fault directly this time. But it's your responsability to bring your service to us, and if something fails, like an ISP in this case try to change ISP and invest more money too on improve Data Center infraestructure. I think that EU players deserves this.
This game is unplayable. Literally. Let me wipe at Midgardsormr without connection issues, please.

As a paying customer I have the right to play whenever I want and not only when the servers aren't crapping themselves.
This is 2018 where everything depends on the internet and even mobile devices are able to play games without an itch. It's ridiculous to have such issues in this day and era.
Please SE fix this or you are going to lose a lot of players...patience has it's limits.

Trying to enjoy some time with friend only to get disconnected 8 times in under an hour is quite demotivating me to stay.
The people demand a fix and most likely a compensation aswell, which is all within their rights I suppose.
I too agree with them, I can't stand playing like this. Well I could.. but I can't actually stand in game. Literally.
I knew my lags wasn't problems on my side. Have dc now too.
Yeah i might be a AUS player on chaos but my game was running fine before monday
