Didn't think BLM needed a buff but i welcome it. If SE want me to make bigger booms I shall do so.
Thanks SE.
You read my mind and made all of the ground mounts I lamented about lacking flight capability not all that long ago able to fly now (It feels especially silly because I was expecting things like the primal ponies to get flight before them).
Now I can bring my cavalry drake everywhere.
Great, Bhemoth and Goobbues can fly, but ARR Primal Ponies are still grounded.
I just don't get it. When we first got flight, I thought they withheld it from the ponies in order to make the new birds seem more appealing But at this point, it's not like if the ponies could fly people would suddenly stop farming dogs. Plus the ponies already have particle effects on their feet, which go along way towards explaining how they can magically fly. That's a huge improvement over elephants and behemoths that inexplicably soar through the air.
When are my Squadron members finally going to get jobs? Why would I want to do Heavensward content with three NPCs who are missing half of their skills?
Buff blm LOOOOLL, redmage ok, Nerf smn radiant shield wtf why ?
Flying behemoth sound like a diabolical, but hilarious, plot hatched by a deranged Ascian. Many an Ishgardian and Gridanian suffered a heart attack seeing the once-grounded beasts rise into the air and blot out the sun as they passed.
At this point, I feel like they should just make every mount fly and be done with it. Even though people mock the elephant, the mount description at least tries to explain it. But when you have things like a flying T-Rex for no reason, there's no point being rigidly 'realistic' with everything else.
* As of Patch 4.4, only Miqo'te mannequins may be purchased and placed in your estate. Mannequins representing other races will be added in future patches.
Seriously!? Was so excited these bad boys were coming out in time for Halloween, had amazing house plans... now all I get is a bunch of miqs... I can't think it's so difficult to add in a bunch of featureless motionless models for the other races in the same patch. Gumpy lala is grumpy.
I can't help but wonder how the goobue will look when it flies.
I'm hoping it'll pinwheel both of its arms wildly so it looks like it's having to exert effort to stay airborne.
nothing surprising, just a bit dissapointed that the only change their making to eureka is their making the exit more clearly visibible? WOW, that solves all the problems with eureka, it'll be the best piece of content in the game now!
<gasp> DRUMS!
MAKE THE PRIMAL PONIES FLY ASGHFHFHGFHFDGDFSDFS
My favorite changes so far are the option to view ALL of your inventory at once along with the minion/mount favorites and search feature. Hallelujah!
No white mage buffs thanks yoshi-p.
No primal ponies flying still... WHY!? At this point I think they're gonna keep them permanently grounded just out of spite.
My cavalry drake flies. Soon I can take my other flying mounts off the bars. I will need no other.
Over 90 pages of complaints and recommendations on Pagos and this is what they fix. As well as the timing, its TOO LATE. Not changing when people did it for the first six weeks to make it more enjoyable. Not saying to make it easier but things like level sync, consistent places to farm light at 35 for more than 2 parties, worthwhile bunnies. Instead Yoshida keeps sitting back and saying well the people that first got their relics/got to e35 did it. instead of fixing the content and listening to the player base. I did get my relic/e35 within the first week. When they changed the fates my friend came back took him three times longer to complete the relic because no one was doing chain anymore as well as no sufficient way to get light at 35 beyond the crowded camps that are always taken. Problems need to be address when the content is current not year old when no one is doing it. Pagos being so inconsistent and a mystery is like watching a bad comedian and not understanding the joke and its our fault for not getting it.
The Heat Waves weather effect has been adjusted.
Does this mean we can have an easier time of seeing attack telegraphs on the ground? Oh please let this be what they did. If I had a nickel for every time I got smacked by an attack during a heat wave on snow-covered ground...
For me, the best thing in this patch is :
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachmen...79/unknown.png
Easier to run away from this mind-shattering content if i can see on the map where the exit is
What you think a poney with a link to the element "air" (or wind) should fly more than a goobue?
You strange people...
Seriously? most of time, they just make the mount running in the air like on the floor (except for the turtoise where... hum... i think they took something illegal to do it)...
It is more a "lol would be fun to see goobue flying"
You mean... like before Stormblood?
You find magnificent when they add a thing they did remove 1 year ago themselves...
hum... Personnally, it would fit more in a "fixed issue" part of the patch note more than a new great thing
Hey now, it's Friday. Let's all be chill ;)
As far as the mount decision, I'm only speculating as that's all I can do.
As for the inventory, I was here voicing my dislike of the previous change when it went live. But hey, at least they have realized the error of their ways and are attempting to fix it. I think that's a reason to be happy. They could have easily just decided to ignore the requests and keep claiming whatever excuse they used in the first place to make the change.
We did get this little tidbit:
Asylum - The effect is now applied as soon as the action is used.
I really, really dislike using ground-placement for skills, so I'll be thrilled if this removes that need. As it is now, I feel like I underutilize the skill as I don't want to deal with placing the target.
It was already easy to exit Eureka, and any other instance, to begin with though. No idea about controller but just press U on the keyboard and click the leave button in the duty finder window. Do people seriously go all the way back to town to run into the purple barrier to leave?

I thought I was the only one!!!!
I like how one of the highlights that got its own section along with several pictures is... Eureka being made easier to leave.
The more time I spend in it, the more satisfaction I get out of exiting the instance, so I'm definitely in favour of emphasising that particular feature of Eureka!
I messaged my boyfriend about the ability to glamour Zhloe. And uhh... <_<;
My assumption is that it's still going to have a ground placement it's just going to tick immediately. I have most of my familiarity with Collective Unconscious, which they've also added the "immediate" descriptor to - its first regen tick isn't for several beats, and if the bubble breaks before then no one gets a regen. Plus, it doesn't even have a targeting reticule, so I doubt that they'd be giving it "immediate" when it already "happens without being placed."
