Error 1012 on ps4 - post migration issue

Hey so the severs have gone back up from maintenance but I cannot get online due to a 1012 error. My ps4 is up to date and so is the game.

...help!

same here. latest version is installed as far as i can see, v7.06.

Got it as well and received info from other PS4 players they got it too, so yeah, probably global.

Same here. Dunno if every ps4 user is in the same situation, but, really. Why did they have to change things?

Same, tried to restart ps4 and it did nothing.

Having the exact same issue. Game size went from 100+GB to less than 50. Now keeps telling me to update to the latest version even though it's apparently installed.

Same here. It also seems a lof ot files have been deleted, total game size is 35 GB now.

That was preventivated. The problem is, you are doing something to smooth up the game and instead you crash it. Nice job.

In a bizarre note, when I check my installed add-ons it's listing ones for XV?

Me too, can log in but as soon as i want to connect to a data center to select my char to use i get that stupid 1012 error
Cant even find the location of the downloaded file so i could delete and redownload it

I deleted the game, downloaded it again and still the same message so don't loose your time to do this yourself...

OMG I was going to do the same! Thanks for the advice. Guess we'll just have to patiently wait for SE to solve the issue?

Indeed, logging in without a problem up to the point of connecting with the data center when "Error 1012" pops up. All my files are up to date - last updated today as was supposed to be; prepared before to all migration business. Size of the game reduced to 32.43 GB. Download status is completed and version is 7.06. Even PS4 system is up to date and runs smoothly. So far so good.
But as someone had noticed - suddenly under "Add-Ons" I find some FFXV content. And in FFXV suddelny sees some of FFXIV Add-Ons. So basically, FFXIV is suddenly all over the place.
Hopefully they fix it soon.

Bizzare thing. On the Lodestone it's not even mentioned ps4 may have issues xD

I am able to login to an alt character on Primal data center. When i try to change to Chaos data center game gives the version update error . . . .

so it's an european problem?

Yeah I've got the same... Strange that its EU focused. No doubt a fix wont be forthcoming till later on today when the Americans wake up lol

I am currently logged in on a japanese server as well. Appears EUwide then?

You can consider that confirmed since people here are able to connect to other data centers except Chaos

I'm on the Japanese servers, and I'm able to log in fine. I have friends on the EU servers and they too are having this issue :(

I have a couple friends all europeans with the same problem and all pissed off :D
