World Server Merge, Lets Pick a World!

Where should all on Fabul move to? Anyone have any suggestions? What I <3 about our current server, is that I log in and recognize most everyone. Lets pick a server and all move to it!

lol, I was just going to post about this. Am kinda curious what everybody's thoughts are on this too. Am staying and moving with counting sheep no matter what though...

It would be nice if Fabul as a whole stuck together, its a nice community, very few pricks. I myself have just grown accustomed to seeing everyone in Ul'Dah at our "spots," I like the influx of new people, but would enjoy it more with you guys there.

I would probably go #9. It's my favorite FF. It's also one of the last ones, which seemed to work well when picking Fabul originally so might as well try it again (Fabul is listed second to last, #9 is listed second to last).

sounds good to me (this big font centered bold thing seems to be popular on other server threads...). fabul is from ff4 and I don't see any other servers talking about using it yet.

I totally agree. We should vote on which one we go to.
I go with 9 as someone else suggested. Or whichever one has the best mixture of nationalities.

I've been talking to some of the LS leaders and pushing for 4abul, most have said they'll ask and put it up to vote. I would like to talk to German Forces and a couple other EU linkshells into following as well instead of going to World 10, but they will get more members, so can't really blame them I'd they do move there.

Looks like SE might be changing their plan and going with a straight World Merger with the Option of Transferring to a different World. Guess we'll have to wait a little longer till things get straightened out. Makes me wonder what World(s) we'd get merged with.

Does anyone know if server 10 is located outside of japan? its recommended for European players and a good ping would help with the terrible ui (ui pings the server to stop hacks). If it isn't then i will play on 4abul because i don't speak French or German.

Nope, all servers are located in Japan. I wouldn't expect this to change in the future either, but you never know.

Its a misnomer really. A handful of people (in comparison) want 10 to be the official EU server while several EU LSes (including my own) have no want to go there. SE just reassessed their decision on what they're doing. Don't sweat it really. Corenila was suppose to be the "EU server" and Fabul has a massive EU populace.
