which job are you most excited about

this is a poll on zam, I thought some people might wanna vote. Im prob most excited for black mage, im sick of maging in gear that looks like it came from a Renaissance fair.

Bard, White Mage, and Paladin are calling to me...

As aesthetically shallow as it is, I think the final costume will call out to me more.

some people dont like the bard AA, i really like it. Adds a bit of a color pop to gear that this game is lacking.(excluding glad red/blue armor,lol)

Monk. Always have and always will be my profession. To study martial arts in-game and outside of it has always been my specialty.

I admit, I only leveled Archer further once Bard was an opportunity.

I often found myself taking a small crowd control, healing, and buffing role while leveling Archer too.

I think it's been a while since I've personally played any type of Bard.

WHM and BLM for me. Eventually BRD maybe if they haven't added more mage classes.

Graaaahhh! Dragooon, hell yes and forever. Dragoon. Heavens i've been a fan of Dragoons since Kain, it reaches a level of silly there.
Hell, even though when I joined XIV I did not expect at all the classical jobs to make it in, I decided i'd main Lancer saying "I'm totally going to pretend i'm a dragoon".

Black Mage! I've been eagerly waiting since they released the BLM concept art. In the meantime, some of us like the frills and gilding. :)

i like the coats, not the pants:) the coats would be better suited for musketeer AA imo though

WHM, then BRD then BLM.

Also, I can't wait for my sister to be PLD.

DRG, BLM, MNK, and maybe even BRD once my archer meets the level 30 requirement.

I'm interested in all of them (Dragoon excluded), but Warrior interests me the most.

I think the WAR AF looks pretty nice but I would turn off head display. That helmet is not to my liking.

i leveled yesterday thm to 50 and im starting to love the nuking, so black mage, bard in first place, marauder and lancer as second and the rest as third, well and white mage as a far far 10th position XD

Not odd at all, the Polearm (Spear/Lance) is historically significant for being the weapon of choice for a supposed "dragon killer" while those that were supposedly aligned themselves with draconian/demonic power were using staves (sorcery) or certain swords (a la dark knights of sort).

I guess if I'm gonna be bard, I should probably get my Carpentry up there. At least if I have to shoot arrows in between rocking out all the time.

I'm torn between wanting to level CRP or just botany for the mats and make someone else CRP it, haha.

PLD.. so is the theory behind jobs is that it locks you out from using other classes abilities once you change to your class? If so what have gaining abilities would PLD have?

ill prob pick pld first since i like tanking. But im very excited to see dragoon and blm in game. I think the AA's are just what this game needs to give it the visual diversity that is long overdue.
