I play on ps4 and upon loading game up I get a unable to complete version check on my tv. The thing that pops up is [24530][10009][-2143088536]. Any one know whats going on thanks for an response.

Might not be much of a help, but mine's doing the same on PC. Was working fine last night.
There is a 24 hour maintenance going on, so you won't be able to complete your version check at all today.
Maintenance is to prepare for patch 4.3, which is quite large.
Be sure to check the Lodestone (or here on the forums, usually someone puts up a "Servers are up!" thread, lol) for when you will be able to download the patch and when maintenance ends xD

See the website listed in my signature. :3 That is where you would go to create your character card. All you need is your Character’s Lodestone ID, which you can find by just visiting your character’s Lodestone page (it will be the string of numbers at the end of the URL), and a pretty picture of your character (/gpose).
To edit your Signature, go into Settings (at the top of the Forum page), and there should be a section called “Edit Signature”. You will need to upload your Character Card to an image hosting website (Imgur works best), and then paste the URL into your signature using the following code: [IMG]insert web address for your pic here[/IMG].

Hi! I got an error that was like this after I launched the game. However, I had already been playing the game for about an hour before the error occurred.
The error message appeared after I disconnected after a “lobby server” message which instantly quit the game while I was in a dungeon. I wasn’t able to log back on for a while, and when I tried it kept giving me the unable to complete version check error sign.
I will try again tomorrow to see if the problem persists.

- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which disconnect occurs
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

I use a PC
The error message was the lobby connection error, I don’t remember the error code.
I have a wireless connection with Time Warner Cable
There are no other programs running in the background
The disconnect occurred twice, once while I was in the Swallow’s Compass dungeon and the Ridorana Lighthouse raid
I logged in today and was able to connect just fine. I think it was my internet acting up last night that prompted the lobby error.

It could also be your wireless connection. If you happen to run into the issue again, try connecting with an ethernet cable so your connection can be a bit more stable.
