Saving Macros Online / Cloud Based System

Is there a way to save macros onto the server, or better yet a cloud system so I don't have to do it manually every time I decide to reinstall the game or play on another computer?

Or the files that stores the macros on the computer, I'll take anything now over re-writing all my macros.

Windows Vista/7/8 (Any language) %UserProfile%\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV

Notes:
Folder "user" contains the profiles in a 8 digit ID. The ID seems unique to your in-game character.
The profile contains the file "mcr0" if you happened to have macros set for that profile.

I don't think there currently is, but it would be nice to have. FFXI did it, so I know they can do it.

Its funny that I played XI for 4 years and never even knew about that system until someone told me about it a couple of months back in the LS about this same discussion.

For now though I just zip up my XIV user folder, because I frequently play via Laptop/PC so I'm constantly copying the folders back and forth to keep all my macros and settings the same and uptodate.

I do just copy/paste the macro file mcr0

backup this before do anything silly :)

C:\Users\your_user_name\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV

This would be a godsend.

Mostly because I'm far too lazy to update my macros on both computers I use to play.

why isnt it server side already like everything else?

Because it was done in FFXI and their original purpose of XIV was to be as different from XI as possible.

You can use services like Dropbox or Sugarsync to sync that in multiple systems.
