Global Community Producer Toshio Murouchi oversees the Community Team that handles live events and broadcasts, the Support Team that handles inquiries from players, the Special Task Force (STF) Team that handles illicit activities, the NOC Team which observes real-time tasks like server status, and various other teams related to the community.

Would it be possible to shorten the maintenance time for patches?

Why has there not been more action taking against people using third party software to gather for extremely long periods of time, flooding the market and making various high end mats worthless? This is a very big issue in the English community and even if we follow every single guideline for reporting it is rare to see any action taken on behalf of the GMs to try to stop this behavior. Third party program afk gathering is every bit as bad to the game-world economy as RMT but its much more difficult to report, have the reports investigated by the gms, and very rare to see it discouraged.

FC Search Function/Board

Please allow an in-game way to search for and apply to FCs without needing to find a player.

New guilds need this. Shirogane houses need this. People who don't want to be standing AFK in zones without houses need this.

An FC search function will help people apply much easier.

Increased Incentives to Come Back to XIV

As an MMO gets older, it becomes more difficult to convince friends to come back to the game. Are there additional bonuses you plan to add to the Welcome Back Campaign such as a free instant level potion to L50?

Though I once objected to the jump potion, I see that it has done little to hurt our game. I think it's more important to reduce our queues and keep our community thriving.

Leveling in The Relic Grind

It's becoming increasingly harder for new players to join Eureka parties because their level is too low. Will you abolish the leveling feature in future Eureka content, or reduce the max levels per area to about five levels each?

As the global community producer, the number of threads to ask Yoshi P questions for Live Letters has drastically reduced.

Even this Live Letter has no ability to ask Yoshi P questions directly. Please explain the thought process on why it's much harder to offer in-game feedback now than it was back in 2013 to 2015.

Many players in the English datacenters' Frontlines and Rival Wings modes have come to observe a rather noticeable influx of "bot" players (likely due to the experience rewards) with very obvious scripted behaviors that seemingly go unpunished; which in turn seems to encourage even more players to emulate this practice. As a result, this causes a lot of frustration for players who are constantly placed with such players- whom they often encounter repeatedly. Has the team considered investigating the PvP botting sensation more closely and/or taking more serious actions?

The implementation of Eureka has had very positive feedback from players I have encountered.

NM's are a nice idea, but it just turns the entire zone into a FATE train.

Is there anyway to have NM's only able to spawn for a particular party that meets the requirements?(killing certain number of monsters/collecting item drops from monsters of the same family/killing the right monster IE: Placeholder)

LEVEL SYNC for NMs/FATE's has proven to be a well received function in the game.
Is it possible to implement Level Sync for parties since killing field monsters is a viable and realistic way to level for those of us who don't like to do NM's/FATEs?

Will we see a right click option for Black Listing people through the chat window when you click their names and will the black listing limit be raised or auto cleaned when characters are deleted or banned on the list?

Offering Final Fantasy Final Boss Gear

One request that's remained for the past five years is offering boss glamour from old Final Fantasy games. If you had the chance, what ways would you offer this gear to increase participation either in-game or on the forums?

Workshop Access for Individual Homes

Can you please allow individual house owners to have access to a workshop for airships/submarines? Not asking for 4 of each like an FC but maybe 1 or 2 at max and would it be possible to allow current aetherial wheels/stands to be used by individuals? This would provide some much needed increased value to homes rather than just decoration and stop people from making Solo FCs simply to gain access to the workshop?

Blacklist Increase

Would it be possible to increase the size of the blacklist? We have been at the cap of 200 since A Realm Reborn in 2013 and now with cross-server functionality being implemented, we need an increase of blacklist slots.

There are often reports of people cheating, win-trading, hacking, or using bots in PVP - including Feast, Frontlines and Rival Wings. Despite being reported by players, they continue and even brag about it on Twitch streams. This, in turn, sours the attempt to try and secure the related rewards from those modes. What is being done to make the PVP modes fair and worth playing again?

Since we already have the Airforce mount from o6s, would it be possible to release the other o6s mount, the Typhon? Since it is already in the game, I imagine it couldn't be too hard. Perhaps put it in the Gold Saucer to purchase with MGP.

We have a lot of problem finding static members, have you think about permanent board linked to our in-game moogle mail?

There are a lot of little FC almost empty but with house, garden, airship etc, hard to destroy, is possible to add a confederacy of FCs?

Is possible to add a way to have a PF opened while we are doing maps, eureka, diadem etc? Now is too boring waiting 2 hours for a party on O8S

Will you please make and open world pvp system such as the one players came up with and agreed on in the forum?

Are there any to plans to address the widespread botting in the North American and European servers of FF14?

Bots are significantly harming the marketplace and PVP, as well as negatively affect the overall perception of this game.

i think the events are a fun way to take a break from the usual content and expand the time you can play the game without loosing interest
i also notice events that give emotes like the most recent event as well as glamors and minions bring in the largest crowds so my question is do you have plans to start making more events that give emotes glamors or minions?

i think lots of people dont have the patience to check through the forums for there suggestion when it gets really long so my suggestion is i was wondering if its possible to have a better way to keep track of these to prevent duplicate questions or other frustration. maybe make a post in the first page that lists the question and what page its on and who asked it?

Are there plans to add better venues for feedback and suggestions from players? Q&As are often very limited and while I appreciate the work the community members do, it seems they don't have resources to follow up with a lot of the issues the non-japanese speaking members express.

was wondering events usually end quickly because after you finish the quest for event to get the rewards you have no point in continuing so my suggestion is if its possible to make a point system for the event where after the people get the initial reward add the option to get new stuff like better fireworks or past event items including furniture with the points you get from doing event extra times

Will you continue with player-designed gear and hairstyles? These seemed overall like the events that gathered the most attention by the player-base

I love Final Fantasy and FFXIV but I don't recommend it to friends because they refer to it that as "that botting MMO". Does the Special Task Force realize the negative reputation that an otherwise great game has gotten?

regarding server status it seems like rp servers like balmung get full rather quickly is it possible to make a dedicated rp server that gives special benefits to rpers maybe more housing or more room for alts or other incentives in order to get it this way it could possibly reduce server conjestion on places like balmung

Dynamis from Final fantasy 11 was popular, fun and challenging end game content, is it possible that we will see something like Dynamis in Final Fantasy 14, for certain relic gear in the future?

Are there any plans to possibly to address an issue I've noticed with the "friendlist" function, which is when you unfriend people, their name is removed from your list, but your name still appears on theirs? This has led to people still being able to send me Moogle Mail and the like, even though they are no longer on my friendslist. I even get an error message that states that we have to be mutual friends in order for me to message them back, when they shouldn't have been allowed to message me in the first place. I understand that there is also the matter of adding them to my blacklist, but that means either waiting for them to talk in a public chat or waiting until they're online to add them to the blacklist. (Trying to do so otherwise gives the error "Cannot locate a PC with that name.") Thanks in advance!

Can we get an alternative way to obtain the new Dinosaur mount other then the lock boxes??? I have personally opened over 1500 of them 95% of which have been fireworks or potions. Can we use some sort of token exchange like maybe Pazuzu feathers???

Can we finally have all the mounts that dont fly please? Cause i would like to use old mounts to fly. Thank-you

Would it be possible to get a parady mode for the MSQ roulette, that would have a 10% activation rate just to add variety since we must view the cutscenes.

Since the change to veteran rewards was done, could you add a reward for having an active account for 3 month increments like a gold or silver chocobo feather as an easy example.

With regards to the zodiac weapon quests there is a stage that requires specific fates, with new players in mind do you think this may need to be adjusted, such as change to b rank hunts?

Would it also be possible to introduce a single upgrade stage to the Aenima from heavenward that uses anemos crystals/pazuzu feathers. I'm sure the little fairy in the weapon would appreciate it
