Hope we can explore the inner part of the Nhaama Desert one day.

For real I was pretty intrigued seeing that large stretch of desert in the distance close to the Azim Steppe. Sure there is a Southern Thanalan, but that desert is pretty small, and doesn't offer much.

I'm eager to fight very large Sand Worms like the ones in Final Fantasy X lol.

Man hoping that one day they'll open up Thavnair to exploration.

Would love to explore more of lizard land, we only get to poke around such a tiny portion of the steppe ;-;

The part of the desert we explore isn't the whole thing, you can see it stretching into the distance past the invisible walls much like it does in the Steppe. Hopefully they expand on these sections but if past precedent is anything to go by these areas will sadly remain in their limited state. Best we can hope for is an instance that takes place deeper in the territory.

Or they might make a dangerous desert region in the next area of Eureka

I hope we get underground maps with twisting ramps and tunnels that render the minimap useless, forcing you to actually keep track of where you're going and explore properly. :3

Also hoping we get some form of jungle-like map.

Me too. At first I thought that plain would be a waste of map but the different tribes and cultures brighten the place a lot, and theres way more variation than the areas around Ala Mhigo (the mountain, the plains, the lil oasis, the river, the lamen bowl)...

I need to explore those white sands! D:

I'm always all for expanding the Steppes or sending us back there for any number of reasons.

It's honestly one of, if not the best, area in Stormblood. The best area in the entire game, at least in my opinion.

If at the very least, some sort of dungeon in that area, if they can't make a normal map.

The steppe and all the culture and design around it are my favorite so far in this game.

Never going to happen.
